Thank you for visiting my listing. I specialise in the 'Cello and have been performing for over 30 years.
The 'Cello is a unique, emotional and powerful instrument. It's quality of sound, range of notes, diversity, and romantic characteristics will make your special day feel complete. The repertoire I perform spans from the Baroque to the Contemporary. I am constantly expanding my repertoire, and therefore happy to arrange a specific song you would like performed.
I have played for a lot of special events in both the UK and the USA. The majority of the repertoire I perform has been arranged for Solo 'Cello by myself. Due to some customers requesting folk melodies for their ceremonies recently, I have arranged some Folk Songs and added these to my overall repertoire.
I consider myself and sensitive and thoughtful musician, and I look forward to contributing to your unforgettable event.

A space of at least 2 metres x 2 metres to enable me to perform, and with no potential hazards near by. The space should also be away from any open doors leading to the outside of a property, and free of any drafts which could affect the 'Cello / tuning pegs. The space should not be within 3 to 4 metres of a fireplace which is lit / intended to be lit during / for the event.
Preferably a photograph (or several photographs) of the inside of the space in which I am required to perform (within the venue) in advance of the event, as this will enable set-up to be easier, and allow for any adjustments / suggestions to be made.
I do not normally perform on Solo Cello outside, however this might be possible if there is a space in the shade that is of ideal size, at an ideal temperature, without any breeze, and away from any potential hazards.
