We need the full venue address, access details, parking or loading information, and whether the performance will be indoors or outdoors. If the event is outside, we also need to know the wet weather plan. For amplified or stage formats, we may also ask about power access, sound restrictions and the available performance area.

Our standard strolling format is usually acoustic or lightly amplified. When needed, we can provide a discreet hybrid setup with mobile amplification. For larger events or full stage performances, sound and lighting can be arranged depending on the location and technical requirements.

Yes, background playlist music can be arranged before, between or after the live sets when suitable. For a full party or dancefloor moment, we can also provide a DJ as an additional service.

Our standard strolling band package usually includes around 90 minutes of live music within a 6-hour presence on-site, often divided into three dynamic sets of around 30 minutes. The setup is very light for the acoustic format. Extra sets, longer presence, hybrid amplification with wireless microphones or a full stage setup can also be arranged depending on the event.
