"Bob Ferguson has played in Hannes Musikcafe in March 2023 and we have been to several of his concerts. His repertoire ranges widely from the Scottish/Irish/American song treasure mixed with his own numbers. From beginning to end, he involves the audience – ie; - he moves around among the audience and gets them to sing along to the many well-known sing-along songs. Bob is fantastic at "reading" his audience, makes lots of fun, laughs and jokes and has a fantastic contact with his audience. The songs mix with seasoned fine stories, lots of humour and vivid descriptions. Dressed in a kilt and with his powerful voice, from the moment he takes the stage, he creates a close and intimate atmosphere, and you leave the concert in a good mood. We can wholeheartedly recommend Bob Ferguson."

"Simply the best. As I said many times, we were not looking for a wedding band in Ireland, we wanted an Irish Band that does weddings. Well we found them. In March of 2024 my wife and I were in Ireland to preview my daughter's wedding venue in Co. Monaghan at Castle Leslie. We did not have a band yet and happened into Temple Bar and fortunately for us Sparky was playing with an awesome fiddle player and we were hooked. Quick conversation and some planning with Gav and they were booked. They were incredibly accommodating and helped coordinate all of the music for the day including ceremony, Cocktail 2 Hours(!), Shindig for the evening and even a DJ inserted in the middle. They also worked with me and my band to do some of the first dances etc. for my daughter and our families. As a musician myself, I know good when I see it and these guys were awesome! I can't wait to play with them again!"

"Johnny played the pipes at my daughter’s wedding. He knocked it out of the park! Total professional. On time, played perfectly, walked, stood, perfectly, dressed perfectly, we could not have been more pleased! Super nice guy as well. Can’t wait for another happy event to hire him again…and I’d hire him for the sad ones too! Great man."

"This Piper was a God-send. He became involved in the Commemoration of Outbreak of War service at the last minute, stepping up to help in an emergency, and was a real asset to the Church. His playing is exemplary- and the moving, haunting sound enabled everyone to connect deeply with the poems and readings, the honouring and remembering, and the moving of all of us on to commit ourselves to peace. I have no hesitation in recommending him for church services and hope to see him at weddings in the Upper Kennett Benefice. "

"Hired for our wedding reception. My favorite thing about Brian is that he is an actual musician on top of just DJ. Played the piano live for our cocktail hour then switched to regular music for dinner and dancing. Brian did a great job mixing in the important moments/songs we had requested, while also taking requests from guests on the fly to keep the evening going. Very laid back but also professional, timely etc. Sound and light equipment was professional quality as well. Would certainly recommend. Thank you Brian!"

"Jason is incredible! From performance, to accommodation, personality, etc. I believe that he is the MOST perfect person we could have picked for our ceremony. I wanted to secretly hire a piper for my wife and I's wedding ceremony in the Scottish Highlands. Working with Jason, he was able to travel, accommodate to our needs and communicate with me to arrange everything to be as smooth as possible with 0 bumps in the road. Jason became a very special part of our day and is someone we still continue to talk about even after our ceremony. He has an incredible history, is an overall incredible person to spend some time with and is very talented - being open to answer any and all questions, comments, etc. Thank you so much again Jason for everything and we hope to see you again next time we visit Scotland"

"Wonderful Experience! We had a wonderful experience with Mad Mix International DJ Productions! We were married on 11/07/2020 with all of our constant changes due to Covid throughout the year Henry was super flexible and accommodating with all of our date changes and an almost possible venue change. We were so lucky to have been able to have our wedding at Tunxis Country Club and the music provided by this vendor was great! All of our guests had a great time dancing the night away, from throwback music to current music they had it all! Would absolutely recommend!!"

"I wanted a special surprise for my wife's 60th birthday party. She's a first generation Scottish immigrant, and has very strong ties to her heritage and family there. At quite short notice, I came up with the idea to find a piper to pipe in the birthday cake into the house like the haggis is piped in at a traditional Burns Supper. Johnny exceeded my expectations and made this a memorable night for my wife, our family, and our guests. He played Happy Birthday and a selection of traditional Scottish songs, including many of my wife's favorites. He also spent time talking about the bagpipes and the traditional kilt, tartan and some of his experiences in playing in competition pipe bands. I highly recommend Johnny if you ever have the need for a piper."
