"Thank you and your team for a truly excellent evening on Saturday at South Warnborough. We had a full house and everyone seemed to be fully engaged in the event. We certainly didn’t have any sliding away early unless they had to! Please thank the team for all their support, and in particular please pass on my personal thanks again to Alistair for composing his hornpipe, “Old Navigator’s Measure”, especially for me. We would like to get our booking in for a similar Saturday next year, so please can you see if you can fit us in? Thank you again for a wonderful evening."

"Talk about how this worked out on so many levels! What a surprise for our party we planned. Simply wonderfulllll! We're still talking about it. Toni's planning ideas were perfect and strongly communicated which was very helpful! They when she and Brock played-10 stars is not enough! Already hiring them again. "Johnny was booked at short notice , arrived an hour early . I had forgotten that there was an important rugby match on in the bar so he couldn’t set on at the time agreed and this did not bother him in the slightest. Once he started everyone loved it and joined in . He can sing anything, absolutely brilliant. I can’t recommend him enough "

"Tony recently provided the service of being piper at my father’s funeral. At my family’s request he wore the kilt and full highland piping regalia, his appearance and performance was stunningly beautiful. He phoned me as soon as I booked him, to find out how the service would run, and advising us on the music, the traditions, and service he could provide. He was supportive, and professional, and his skill with the bagpipes was hauntingly beautiful. I will be hiring him again! "

"When searching for a band for our wedding in Italy we came across The Waistcoats and after watching many videos and reading through all the reviews we made contact. The first email from Paul immediately put us at ease and we decided to book them. Throughout the lead up to the wedding, we had a few different requests (speakers for ceremony and microphones for speeches) all which were agreed to with no problem at all! On the day they arrived with plenty of time and had a calm presence and were easy to deal with. They are very experienced and knew what to do without having to be told, which kept us super relaxed. For both parts of the day The Waistcoats played aperitifs and after dinner. They understood what to play and created a fantastic atmosphere. All our guests did not stop dancing even during the aperitifs there was dancing. We also pushed forward the first dance and this was no problem. We had lots of ‘experienced’ wedding guests who exclaimed: “best wedding band ever”! And we also truly believe that too! We can’t thank you enough for everything you did to make our day so very special! Thank you! Ciaran and Charlie"
