"Mr. Miner was very professional and helpful through the whole process up to and including my father's funeral. He gave us suggestions and advice on what he had done in the past that worked well. The music was beautiful and added so much to the service. I would definitely recommend John for any event that you need bagpipes for."

"Johnny played the pipes at my daughter’s wedding. He knocked it out of the park! Total professional. On time, played perfectly, walked, stood, perfectly, dressed perfectly, we could not have been more pleased! Super nice guy as well. Can’t wait for another happy event to hire him again…and I’d hire him for the sad ones too! Great man."

"Johnny provided a beautiful backdrop for my father’s internment. He responded quickly and was very helpful in helping us pick music. On the day of the funeral he was in contact throughout the day. He showed up early in full regalia and was a calm, stoic presence for the entire event. The music -especially the walk off at the end - gave everyone several moments of quiet reflection that I will always cherish. My dad would have loved it. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"We were so happy to have Dorothy play at our wedding — she was absolutely brilliant. Her harp music added such a special, elegant touch to the day and really helped set the tone from the moment guests arrived. In the lead-up, Dorothy was a dream to work with. She made everything really easy and stress-free, with a clear repertoire to choose from and great suggestions. She even tailored the song list to suit us as a couple, which made everything feel really personal. On the day, she played beautifully — we had loads of compliments from guests, and hearing our chosen songs on the harp was such a memorable part of the ceremony. "We had our bagpipe player back out at the last min. Literally 45 min. Before our graveside service was to begin. We found Johnny Miner and we consider him to be a tender mercy! He dropped everything in his busy morning to play the bagpipes for us and it was so lovely, it couldn't have been better if he had any time to prepare.. which he didn't! I would recommend him to anyone. He is very talented and cared more about us and our situation than his own. Thank you Johnny!"

"We are both so pleased that we came across Abigail to play violin on our wedding day. We had decided fairly last minute that we would love to have a violinist play as guests arrived and during the ceremony and reception drinks and Abigail was so accommodating and helpful. Once we had contacted her and decided to go ahead, she quickly put together Spotify playlists as suggestions of which music would work for each part of the day and was more than happy to accommodate any specific requests for us, even learning a new song for our ceremony exit within just a few days! On the day of the wedding Abigail arrived early to begin setting up and was very friendly and helpful and keen to make the day special for us. She played beautifully and guests were commenting how great she was and what a nice addition it made to the pre and post ceremony. We couldn’t recommend Abigail more and would urge anyone to get in touch with her to discuss your event as she is bound to make it even more special!"
