"Álvar was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was soo prompt with responses - as we planned our wedding from Canada. Álvar was very flexible with choosing the volin pieces to play, he was also very creative with figuring out what pieces would work for different parts of the wedding. Thank you soo much for making our day absolutely perfect! "

"Thanks for helping make Elisabeth's party a great success and keeping the 100 16 year olds entertained all night. Here is her review.... We hired DJ Sparx for my Sweet 16 and she was amazing! I gave her a playlist of songs I wanted and she cleverly mixed them up with some songs using her own knowledge of what works. She got even my shyest of friends up on the dance floor! We all had a wonderful night with some brilliant tunes, thank you very much DJ Sparx! "

"“Atmosphere” - I’m just going to state my bias right now: “I love Café Amore Bistro”. As soon as you walk in, one of the owners is right there greeting you with a smile; the serving staff are friendly and polite to a fault; the restaurant is bright and inviting in the daytime and dim and cozy and romantic at night. (There’s literally no other way to describe it. It’s a very intimate-feeling place at night.). There are always quirky little elements to look out for: Last time I went, there was an accordion player making his way around tables playing the smoothest damn music your ears have ever been graced with. The tables are close but you still feel like you have your space while you’re eating, and if you happen to spill your drink — and then maybe spill it again — the staff will be right there to offer you a napkin. They’re the sweetest. And, after you’ve stuffed yourself so full you can hardly stand the thought of getting up and going to your car, the owner will personally wish you a good night on your way out. A nicer, more courteous restaurant has never existed."

You are very accomplished not only on the guitar but in judging and pleasing the audience. "Sergio played some classic style spanish guitar music for our cocktail hour and was fantastic. We had guests with high compliments for the music and found it perfect for the venue and wedding. Sergio was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to any queries we had"

"School Fundraiser Chichester "Thank you so much for making our Barn Dance on Friday night such a success! Great fun and great exercise!! The music was fantastic, we were all very impressed by your skills and your instruments, especially the funky violin!! We raised approx. £500.00 which will be extremely useful for the School in times of low budgets. We have had requests for another Barn Dance asap , so please may we use you again!! "Incredibly talented and professional Yuliia was amazing. Before the event her communication was incredibly clear, for ex she had questions about the ceremony/what I wanted, it was formatted in a way that was so easy to respond to. She even reached out first and for a busy bride it was a dream. Ceremony music was perfect she even started songs at verses that I requested. Cocktail hour was awesome and everyone at the event was impressed. She moved around and played beautifully and has an amazing repertoire. She was there early to set up & even reached out to our DJ/MC to coordinate. It was truly a stress-free experience."

"Amazing! I was born in Scotland, my whole family is born there, so when it came down to my wedding day I always knew I wanted a bagpiper to play at my ceremony. Living in Southern California now, I didn’t know if I could find an authentic piper to play at my wedding, that was until found Stephen Wilkinson! Not only did he ask what I wanted him to play,but he asked what colors he should wear that would best suit my wedding. He showed up early on the wedding day with a huge smile, he introduced himself to my family, who loved that, especially my nana who was visiting from Scotland for my wedding. She loved it, and he took personal pics with them before the ceremony even started. He led my dad and I down the aisle and and then led my new husband and I back down the aisle, after the ceremony. He played during cocktail hour also. My guests absolutely loved his presence there, his piping is spot on and amazing! Everyone commented on how cool it was to have a bagpiper there, and not only how great he was but how friendly he is too! If anyone is looking for a bagpiper for any occasion I highly recommend hiring Stephen Wilkinson. He is the best! 5 Stars!!"
