"Shake has the ability to will you into a world of laughter. Not only is his comedic self based on what he says, it is also how he says it. Bravo to an excellent performance that allows me to escape my reality, with jokes that are relatable. His various accents and his ability to sing adds to the flavour of the performance. "Kat is an amazing dance teacher! My only background in ballet had been the day my dad took me when I was 3yrs old and I cried the whole time, until I went to Kat's black swan ballet. Her focus on stretching and flexibility as well as the way she is able to explain the basic ballet positions and movements made the class exactly what I was looking for. She also has a fabulous mix of contemporary music to rock out to ballet style. If you are looking to explore some exciting and really fun non-traditional ballet, Kat's class is PERFECT!"

"My biggest fear was going to a party with a boring, tone-deaf MC, but Mide was the complete opposite! He read the room perfectly, kept the energy high, made sure everyone had fun, stayed on schedule, and even dressed the part. An absolutely amazing MC!"

"Kat's classes are always amazing. She is always so creative in her choreography, music choices and style. She really takes time to break the routine down so that even if you are a real beginner, you don't feel lost! She makes the class fun and she makes you feel comfortable, even while she is focused on giving you great critiques and helping you improve your technique. Killer abs work out. If you want a tight tummy, she will help you get there."
