Briefly, he spoke to me by phone on several occasions leading up to the event to make me feel comfortable with him and the song choices. Our guests loved him and thought he was both professional and very talented. We had a chance to chat with him at the end of the cocktail hour and he was wonderfully courteous. I have no reservations about his talent, professionalism, or kindness. Would happily have booked him again."
