"Jan is incredible, we had a small wedding at the Cromlix and he did a few sets mixed between piano and sax. I had let him know from the set list what songs I generally like and he was so good at reading the room to get the perfect atmosphere. It couldn’t have been any more perfect and so many people commented on how great he was. Thank you so much again Jan, highly highly recommend."

"You played our wedding at Hemswell Court, we would like to say what a wonderful job you did of receiving our wedding guests to the reception. You provided a back drop of wonderful music whilst guests arrived, chatted and mingled. I recall a number of tastefully humerous moments also which made us smile, in particular, your timing of the song 'lady in red' whilst a female guest in red was passing by!! Your music could be heard alongside the birdsong from the summers day in the garden and we will cherish this sound in our memories forever. "We wanted a small intimate gathering so we only invited 15 guests. Jose Luis and I are old high school buddies and since he was in town we wanted to come play for me and my wife. I’d be the first time I’d see him play since high school. So he came and set up, talked with some of the guests and we all felt like close friends. He starts off the backing track, Then all of a sudden he starts playing. My gosh the room got full of beautiful music! Not loud but abundantly pleasurable. We and our friends were impressed. He played English & Spanish tunes, old and new. One guest told me’ “He’s so good. Makes me wish I would have picked up an instrument in high school and learned to play!”. Between songs he’d talk to the audience and put everyone at ease. He’d tell us stories about the next tune and they were all #1s! At the end of the night we all had a great time. No one left early. One guest said, “can’t wait to see him again! When is he coming back??”. We’ll we’re working on that! Unforgettable evening!"
