"I first heard Sheldon perform, by chance one night at the V&A Waterfront. My 40th birthday was coming up 3 months later, and I knew I had to have Sheldon perform. I was blessed with an absolutely perfect day, for an “island vibe” pool party at the beautiful Anew hotel in Greenpoint. Sheldon was phenomenal! He carefully selected a playlist to fit in with my pool party theme, he was accommodating, friendly and an absolute professional. My guests LOVED his performance, and I had the most amazing 40th birthday! I can highly recommend Sheldon for any occasion – you will not be disappointed. Jeanine Smith"

"Bobbie is absolutely amazing, she played at our garden party/ coffee morning, she totally had the place rocking. Her singing voice is amazing , we could have listened to her all day, her music set was tailored to us , she also played all requests. She is very much an entertainer as she engages well with all her audience. Will definitely book her for all parties we have, and I would highly recommend her."

"We recently celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary at Leicester Tigers Stadium, who said they could book a band for us. Shortly before the event, we got in touch with Eric, and provided the Band with a playlist. The Party was an early evening do, going on 'til late, so after serving the buffet, we decided to start with a “children's half hour” to keep the youngsters busy. We chose the Okey Kokey, which even the little ones know as they learn it at playgroups nowadays, then went on to the Birdie Song, Let's do The Twist, Locomotion, and a few more which the children thoroughly enjoyed, but that did not stop them from continuing with the adults into the “back to the 60's, 70's, etc.” and ever onwards, to current charts - with lots of great classics. The Band delivered all the songs very well, and everybody was amazed at how both Eric and Richard Ryan sounded so close to the originals. We have had lots of great comments from the party goers too, saying how much they enjoyed themselves. Truly lovely people, and we would thoroughly recommend them for your party or other event. "Justin played our wedding and spent the entire day with us. Not only did he provide Acoustic Requirements, the evening show was simply amazing. "Babis played on our Germany/greek wedding on 31.08.2024 and everything was amazing. He played at our ceremony and at the dinner and the guests enjoyed it a lot. "Amazing Band! We hired Cheap Thrills to perform at my dads 70th surprise party. Booking them was easy and they answered all my questions in a timely manner. They were professional and very talented. The put on an amazing show and had everyone up dancing all night. Received so many compliments about them after the show. Will definitely use then again for future events."

"They say the hardest thing for a performer is to play to an audience full of other performers. That is exactly what we booked James for last Friday night. His audience was made up of musical theatre actors, singers and dancers. What really stood out to me was the flexibility that James showed on the night. He did a few songs in the first set and then started changing things up. Once he found the genre of songs that got the audience singing and dancing, he never looked back. The evening went from strength to strength as James mixed in tracks from shows like Les Misérables, Oliver! and Beauty and the Beast. In the numbers where the lead singers from these shows was in the audience, he shared the microphone, and the duets brought the house down. No one wanted it to end, so we asked James to do a third set during which he was totally in tune with the audience. Between the signing and the laughter, he had the whole group in the palm of his hand. Well done James! You can book him with confidence"

"I still cannot believe we met The Distance at Janine's party and that they were able to make Fran’s 60th Birthday celebrations last Saturday 10 May 2014 & made his dream of having live music at his party come true. Matt & Sophiee, you were so accommodating and fitted perfectly into our home. All our 80+ guests of family & friends of all ages loved your music and danced the night away. "AMAZING!! They played at my best friend Sofi’s wedding and absolutely killed it!! Great energy, banger after banger—these guys really know what they’re doing. I don’t remember if it was one hour or two, but we all had a blast. They even did a throwback reggaeton mashup that was insane. I told them they should do a cumbia one next time! We hung out a bit after the show and they asked if I could drop a review here. Totally recommend them! "
