"Jan van Oord: guaranteed Funk & Fun! Later in the evening, Jan van Oord took over with his funky sax sound. Jan and DJ Delafresco had never played together before, but I don't think this was the last time for either of them. A short consultation in advance was enough for them to make it a blast. Almost everyone could be found on the dance floor all evening, the "roof went off", just as we had hoped in advance. Jan also has a lot of super fun interaction with the dancing audience. The accompanying technology and lighting were perfectly arranged by Erwin Bakkum. It's that we don't give parties like this every year, otherwise they would certainly be there again soon. But maybe we will meet them, individually or together, at another party, because so many guests have asked about them at our place, that says something!"

"I contacted Chris about 8 months before we got married because when we watched their videos and read their reviews we knew they absolutely had to be the band for our reception. For the months before the wedding Chris was so kind and generous with his time and expertise and he answered hundreds of our questions without a hint of complaint! The band were incredibly popular with all our guests, so many of them remarking how wonderful the band were. Their versatility on stage was brilliant – they covered musical tastes from the past 60 years and all of it had people excited for more. Just so happy that we found Chris and The Vibrations, you’d be a fool not to book them!"

"Private and Public events-Highly recommended I know them for years, they play in so many places in SF (Venga Empandas, El Chato…) I always have a great time. You can dance and sing during their performances. Everyone comes together to have fun, they bring such amazing energy. For my husband’s 50th bday, they played at our home. They arrived on time, they had all the equipment ready for the time we scheduled it. They did an amazing show, helped with the bday song and it was above incredible! I highly recommend them if you want impress your guests and/or bring new clients to your restaurants/ bar."

"As Misty Lee Brown arrived at our event, she was joyful and engaging with our guests. She is a sultry singer, belting out from the inner soul. Her singing style is reminiscent of Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughan, singing old time jazz tunes to popular R&B. Her style is also a mix of conservative, contemporary and modern. "What an incredible mariachi group! My guests were blown away by their performance and how great they were! They played during my church ceremony as well as cocktail hour which brought such an incredible atmosphere to our event! I loved being able to integrate my culture so far away from home and having Mariachi La Bamba do so in such a classy manner! They were extremely professional and talented. I walked down the aisle to “Diseñame” played by them and it was the most magical and memorable moment of my wedding. A true dream come true, 100000% recommend!"
