"Vincenzo made our wedding unique... with his voice, he accompanied our special moments impeccably and with his singing skills he moved everyone. In the first dance he gave us a touching interpretation of a song that was very special to us, not easy to perform. To say he's good is an understatement."

"Wonderfully atmospheric We asked the Jazz Centrale trio to play during the reception at our annual celebration for long-service awardees and retirees. Their music truly added an extra touch of atmosphere. They play brilliantly and have a wonderful repertoire. Definitely worth repeating!"

"Massive thank you to Betty Boom for making our birthday party truly unforgettable, they were absolutely incredible. They totally made the night bringing a lively set with a great selection of songs all played perfectly. What they do is real entertainment on a high level. "Friday 24th November 2023 - The Jazz Kings - Tweed Valley Jazz and Blues A superb gig to bring a fitting close to a year of top-flight music. ‘The Jazz Kings’ left us in no doubt why they are currently rated among the top outfits on the North Coast. Each of them – Nicole Parker-Brown on vocals, Peter Uppman on vocals and trumpet (sometimes almost at the same time), Gordon Matheson on guitar, Col Atkinson on bass and yet more vocals, and Jose McLaughlin on keyboards – is an accomplished performer in their own right, and in combination they are a musical powerhouse to be reckoned with. It was an evening of eclectic mix, from popular jazz standards, through blues arrangements that will be appearing on their latest album, to occasional dips into the classical realms, and a few nostalgic ‘pop’ reminiscences. Among the favourites were their own arrangements of evergreens such as ‘Night and Day,’ ‘All Of Me’, ‘Misty’, ‘Georgia On My Mind’ and ‘Making Whoopee’. Jose even gave a nod towards his earlier career as keyboard player and musical director of ‘Gerry and the Pacemakers’ with his updated arrangements of ‘Ferry Cross the Mersey’ and ‘Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying’. All in all, a great end to 2023, and the Club Committee took time at the end to wish all members and visitors a happy and safe Xmas and a prosperous New Year. If it promises music of the same quality as this past year, then we’ll have no complaints."

"Cannot fault these guys. Rapid communication at all stages from the outset, prompt arrival on the day, accommodated our every need and most of all they performed exceptionally well. Our guests were blown over as was I. Well worth getting these guys in if you're looking for top professional quality and versatility in playing a whole range of well-known songs from the 1960s to present day. For what we got I'd say they're extremely good value for money too given the superb quality of performance."

"Sarah & Martyn were fantastic. All on time. Really engaging with everyone. We had around 40 people for our garden party. Our guests interacted with the tamporene and one of them even sang with sarah on a few songs. Would recommend them hands down. Great feedback from our guests and would not hesitate to book them again. Thank you. Stuart Stuart"

"What a BAND!!!!! I booked Afterglow for my 30th B-Day and man did they bring it!!! Everyone that attended has said nothing but how amazing the band was and how they worked the crowd. Everyone was on the dance floor having a blast with the great Aussie pub rock vibe. The band was super easy to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Such a great bunch of people and the music was on point. If you want an awesome night BOOK THIS BAND!"
