" I have attended The Groove Primitive performances a few times through out the past few years, most notabaly at BarLove Portobello & Room 43 Lavender Hill. Thay are a superb collective of musicians led by Eddie Abdullah. The play funk, soul, jazz, groove & reggae, creating an amazing dance-inspired groove. Unique arrangements abound along with Eddie's own fresh, inventive ideas. Sublime vocals are also prominent and they interact with audience in a very personal, inclusive way. Very highly recommended! 10/10"

"Perfect accompaniment We were a bit nervous because we hadn’t been able to see you perform before Saturday, but those nerves disappeared quickly. It was the perfect musical backdrop to what was a perfect evening for us. You struck exactly the right tone — not too heavy, not too light. Even the non-jazz lovers among our guests liked it very much. I’d have no problem recommending you to others. "

"I booked The Experience for my 35th Birthday which was last night. I wanted a wide range of music from over the decades as we had all ages. Doug and Jasmine didn't disappoint! They were even able to accommodate requests, one of which I asked them for an hour before they arrived! They were so good and more than just the entertainment, they became like part of the party and we loved them so much! Wish you could have stayed to party the night away with us guys! Loved how you kept us all dancing and your voices were just awesome! Can't wait to have you back for the next one and definitely will be recommending you going forward. "i would like to say this group blew my mind i had front row seats to the Gipsy kings concert of a lifetime i remember when i saw them 30 years ago in washington and another time in new york this group is outstanding Kiko Motos is one of the Former members of the Gipsy Kings anf of Chico & the Gipsies he blew my mind with his story from the first album till today the event we saw them playing was in san antonio at a festival and we hired them for a corporate event they did the most greatest job ever fantastic show i will bring them back to a event coning up in this new year great group."
