Review Centre: Brass Bands

"We had the Big Smoke Brass come and play at our wedding in Cornwall and I cannot recommend them highly enough! They learnt our first dance song specifically for our wedding and it was amazing to have the band play such a special song to us. We had so many wedding guests come up to us and say how awesome they thought the band were and they definitely got the party started! I would book them again without hesitation! Huge thank you Big Smoke Brass for making our wedding one to remember! :D"

"We were honestly blown away. Everyone loved the band – it’s all anyone was talking about! One of our friends who’s getting married next year has even cancelled the band she had booked so she could book The Ambrassadors instead! I may be biased, but I think it’s the best wedding band I’ve ever seen. We can’t thank you enough."

"We were lucky enough to book Das Brass for our wedding. We wanted something unique for our wedding and asked if they would mind performing as we left the church after our ceremony. Das Brass then led a procession of our guests to the venue and even performed on the boat we had booked to get us there. They really were brilliant and got everyone singing along. One of the main highlights of our day and would 100% recommend booking! The guests raved about them all day!"

"As soon as the band started, just about every wedding guest was on the dance floor for the rest of the night. Their great music and charm brought so much energy to the party and made for an unforgettable night of dancing. The "Original" Moonlighters were wonderful to work with: very professional, personable and flexible during COVID-19. I cannot recommend them enough - they truly made our wedding night and people are still asking about "the amazing band" we had!"

"Thank you so much for setting the mood so perfectly for our wedding day and the reception after the ceremony. It was everything we hoped for. The band started playing just as we left the altar and it immediatly set the mood to a fun and relaxed but super classy afternoon. The guys followed us discretely and got people (including us) dancing during reception, so even before the offical dancing started :). They read the crowd so well and were the perfect choice for our garden wedding! You were so kind and super professional at all times and we could not have asked for more. We had a large wedding, with a lot of guests that have different musical tastes, but this band was able to get everyone on the dance floor and brought amazing energy to the wedding. They had a wide set list and made our special day even more fun."

"Peter was incredible! We hired Peter C. to play live at our wedding reception - he was truly the highlight of the night! His Sax skills are unreal, he brought everyone to the dance floor and kept the party rolling into the early hours. I've had multiple wedding guests ask for his contact information after our wedding as they were so impressed. He will turn your event into the party of the year! We can't recommend him enough."
