"Through the 11 years that I have known Rory both as a friend and colleague, I have found him to possess many excellent qualities. He is extremely organised and pays close attention to detail. I have worked in his band Diaspora since 2013 and found him to be very efficient in running his production company Red & Black Music. The events are always diligently co-ordinated with all the operational info sent out well in advance, so we always know what to expect. I have found Rory to be very reliable and always keeps his word. I think he would be a great asset to any music or arts organisation. He has a wealth of knowledge to impart to peers from his years of music-making. His approach is fun and engaging whilst bringing lots of ideas to the table."

"We booked Brook Trio after seeing them at a friends wedding and being really impressed, they were perfect for our wedding. They performed during the ceremony and the drinks reception and it was great, all the guests really enjoyed the performance and it made for a perfect setting. Brook Trio performed both classic and modern songs perfectly and if we ever required this type of music in the future we wouldn't hesitate to book them again. Thanks again!! Ryan and Chloe "

"Rory were great at our wedding. First, they were super-flexible, fitting in with our somewhat fluid plan for the day! But most importantly, all our guests loved the accompaniment they provided to our special afternoon at Holdsworth House. The performance you gave at our wedding ceremony was just absolutely amazing. The amount of people who came up to me and said your saxophonist was just out of this world. Honestly, it was amazing. For over 2 hours he treated us all to a wonderful playlist of songs, we even joked that he must have the most incredible lungs to be able to go on for such a long time!_We also have to thank Rory for the patience he had in fulfilling our request to perform at our wedding, due to Covid we had to reschedule our wedding 2 times over the course of nearly 2 years since we first booked him so were so thankful that he never let us down. "Thank you so much for performing for us. You created such a wonderful atmosphere for our drinks reception, it felt like we were in Italy rather than Kent with the sparkling wine and sunshine. We had the pleasure of Rory playing the saxophone at our wedding drinks reception at a Winery in Kent, and in the glorious sunshine we couldve mistaken it for Italy. The vibe that Rory created was wonderful, the song choices were excellent and Rory was great at incorporating our requests. We have had great feedback from our guests and have been sent videos of people having a little dance. I wasnt sure whether to stretch our wedding budget for a saxophonist but now I just wish we had booked Rory for longer!"
