"Rory played for our clients open-air Brazilian carnival summer barbeque. Combining swinging samba and Bossa Nova with up-tempo popular tunes and funky originals, he went down a treat with our guests, creating a festive atmosphere and keeping them drinking and dancing until the embers glowed. The standard of musicianship was excellent and the level of professionalism very high. A great success!"

Lots of the guests commented very enthusiastically on how much they had enjoyed the music. My feeling is that you added warmth, sparkle, and a sense of celebration to the evening, and the range and style of play was perfect to modulate between grabbing peoples attention and providing harmonious background, as appropriate for the stage in the proceedings. "I would like to say thanks to Rory for being with us on our wonderful day. With so many other things to worry about on the day it was reassuring to know that my guests were being looked after when they arrived by the sweet jazz music of Rory. I had several comments saying it was a nice surprise to be greeted by Rory when they arrived. Rory and the team was also very accommodating to myself and my wife as we were running a little late on the day and he stayed behind for a extra hour to make sure that we had a nice arrival when we stepped out of the car.
