"We had the joy of taking Fanfare Express for our wedding, and they were excellent. They are well adapted to difficult conditions: capricious weather, delayed schedule as a result, ... And they created a magnificent atmosphere which delighted all the guests and especially us. Modern repertoire that had everyone spinning at the cocktail party."

They are loved by our audience in search of a Parisian feel reminiscent of old french cinema and Edith Piaf but also of the classic gypsy jazz tunes of Django Reinhardt."

"Lenny (DJ Sparx) was the DJ for our wedding, and we can wholeheartedly recommend her as she was absolutely brilliant. In the lead up to the event she was exceptionally helpful and patient with all of our questions and really just took all of the stress out of having to worry about the music at all - from timing to setup, Lenny took care of everything and was great at communicating with the venue to ensure it was a hassle free setup on the day. She was really thorough in making sure she got a good sense of what music we liked (and just as importantly, music we didn’t like!) and was great with fitting in our requests. On the actual night she was absolutely fantastic - we had quite a long event and I was worried it would be difficult to pace, but she read the room perfectly and really helped set the mood as the day went on, and perfectly built it up to an absolutely packed dance floor by the end of the night. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lenny to anybody - she was helpful, organised and absolutely brilliant at what she does, and she was a huge part of what made our night so great."

"We booked the Rendez-Vous and a DJ for our wedding in Tuscany this past June and they 200% delivered. If you want your guests dancing on the tables during dinner, look no further. What we loved about the Rendez-Vous is that they can transition from low-key aperitivo music in the back, to making all your guests dance before the after party has even started. They are so engaging, everyone from your grandmother to your niece will be dancing. Pierre was great in planning the whole event, he clearly has a lot of experience and guided us so well. We could send in our preferred songs and they took it from there. DJ was also great. Literally all our guests asked for the contact details of the band, which says enough! Grazie Mille guys!"

"The highlight of the night is the musical score which has been devised by cast member Richard Hughes. He provides accompaniment using a variety of instruments including an accordion, tuba and even two pairs of scissors. "80th Anniversary of D-Day, Mansion House, at the worshipful company of Feltmakers annual Banquet with representation from the Lord Mayor of London and 200 guests. ​ Singing after hearing a major speech by Sir Winston Churchill. You stole the show - so many of our guests were enthralled by your singing on this very special occasion. It was wonderful to hear you and everyone was so impressed and emotional, many had tears in their eyes as the emotions flooded back regarding World War II and for many your performance will be remembered by them forever. "Lucienne brings joy and happiness to any occasion. She sings a variety of songs perfectly, and is beautifully accompanied by top class musicians. I've very much enjoyed Lucienne's events in several bars, restaurants and most recently at Salts Mill, Saltaire. Very professional. Highly recommended. "

"Absolutely fabulous, hugely entertaining and lovely music for a wedding, with a great variety of music keeping things going with a swing. The guests loved it and applauded at the end of each song. Highly recommend as not only fantastic artists but such nice guys too."
