"Miguel and team played and sang for us at a 40th birthday party. They were amazing, and really brought the night together! Fantastic value for money, I would definitely use their services again. From the very beginning Miguel kept in direct contact with me, and everything went exactly as planned. Great musicians, great voices, great selection of instruments, we were all still singing their version of 'happy birthday' the following day! Can't praise the guys enough, we loved every minute. A huge thank you to The Latin formula!"

"Fantastic band ! Played songs that suited the crowd! They knew everything off by hand and were able to accompany me singing a song! Very atmospheric - lovely energy to have in ones house ! Definitely hire again for any function! "

"L’efficacité de la musique dans les cinq films de Quentin Tarantino a beaucoup à voir avec la façon dont il perçoit la musique. Tarantino pense que les chansons en général fonctionnent comme des films miniatures. Il regarde la musique comme un moyen de prolonger les intrigues de ses films. La bande originale a la responsabilité non seulement de donner le ton de la scène, mais aussi d'apporter de la clarté aux émotions qui ne sont pas pleinement exprimées par les personnages. Tout cela fonctionne de manière transparente parce que Tarantino entend d'abord la chanson, puis écrit une scène autour d'elle. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la musique ait un impact si remarquable dans ses films. Comment la musique affecte-t-elle la façon dont on perçoit les films de Tarantino ? Il est vrai que toute musique fera réagir le spectateur émotionnellement, mais ce qui compte pour Tarantino, c'est que, la plupart du temps, la musique produit ce qu'il perçoit comme l'impact émotionnel «approprié» sur une scène. Par exemple, si quelque chose d'autre que "Stuck in the Middle With You" avait été choisi pour accompagner la scène "du coupage d’oreille" dans Reservoir Dogs, le public n'aurait peut-être jamais connu les tendances sadiques de Mr Blonde. La clé du succès de Tarantino en évitant la musique perçue comme juste «suffisante» est qu'il écrit tous ses scénarios de film avec une musique spécifique à l'esprit. En étant déterminé dans sa sélection, Tarantino s'assure que la musique de Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol.1 et Kill Bill Vol. 2 joue un rôle actif dans la structure narrative du film et, tout aussi important, qu'il fait quelque chose dont le public voudra se souvenir. Ce sont ces souvenirs que souhaite faire resurgir chez le spectateur les membre de Call me Winston. Cet orchestre « tribute band » nouvellement créé sur la Côte d’Azur est unique dans la Région Sud. "Laura was simply outstanding!! Laura set the mood for my proposal and actually learned a cover of a new song to be played as I proposed. The song sounded incredible and I’m stunned she was able to pull it off seamlessly. We had to change the original date of the proposal due to travel strikes but Laura offered to perform on another day and also offered other recommended musicians if we could not change dates. Laura was very responsive and excellent at communicating! I can’t thank her enough! My only regret is not being able to stay longer and enjoy the music but we had to get pictures in surrounding areas and couldn’t get to experience her full set. Thank you Laura! ❤️????"

"We contacted Jord quite late into the planning of our wedding as had gone back and forth with budget in mind for a while whether to add bongos to our DJ and sax on the evening and were SO glad that we did. Jord was incredible and so reasonable! We had so many our our guests tell us that it was the best evening party of a wedding they’d ever been to and how they had never seen a dance floor so full all night long and they were right! This was one thing I’d worried about as have been to a lot of weddings where the dance floor goes quiet throughout the evening but with Jord, James and Danny (Jukebox DJ) we definitely didn’t need to worry! You were all incredible, our guests loved you and you really got involved with everyone of all ages! Jord really brought the party vibe that we wanted and can’t thank her enough. The Dales xxx"

"The songs played was great. He also prepared a special playlists for the occasion and distributed it among the attendees. This made the attendees choose the songs they want and by this they were singing and dancing"
