"Dancer Aylin combined passion, elegance and precision, with her crisp clean footwork, lyrical palmas (rhythmic handclapping) and beautiful braceo (flamenco carriage of the arms, wrist and body). A particular highlight for me was watching Aylin’s complete mastery of the mantón (a traditional, square silk shawl with macramé fringe). It was truly impressive to watch her twirl the large mantón with such control, making it an extension of her body. What truly elevates Flamencodanza is the seamless symbiosis between Bayaz and Mannola, a partnership that clearly comes from years of working together. Every shift in rhythm, dynamic and tempo was instinctively matched, with dancer and guitarist responding to one another in a fluid, unspoken dialogue. Watching movement and music unfold together with such connection breathed life into the art form. At its heart, Flamencodanza is a conversation. Not just between dancer and musician, but also the artists and the audience. Together, Bayaz and Mannola create something intimate and absorbing, reminding us that flamenco is not just seen or heard, but deeply felt."

"For our wedding me and my partner were looking for a jazz band. We came across Gig Heaven where We found the Tavares Jazz Band. After having watched several videos we were convinced and we booked for the band to play during reception and dinner. Every single band member is so talented on its own and hearing them playing together really set a nice and relaxed atmosphere. All the wedding guests enjoyed the music and we got so many compliments for choosing such a good a band. We’re very very happy to have the Tavares Jazz band play at our wedding. You guys sound so nice in the videos, bur even better live! "

"Wow. These girls really brought the energy to our event, extremely talented musicians but also warm and great performers. It was also very easy to deal with them as they came with good communication and a professional approach to the booking process ....so really cannot fault the experience. "Alan was so professional, all the way from the booking, pre-wedding communication and on the day itself. Alan offers a plethora of repertoire, from all decades and genres of music. (It really showcases his talent and versatility!) Booking Alan was one of our earliest wedding decisions and was by far one of the best and easiest decisions we made. All the wedding guests commented on how fantastic Alan was and how impressed they were. So much so, that the whole wedding party gave Alan an applause as he finished his set and left! Having Alan's live music was exactly what I had in mind when I was planning our wedding and it made such a wonderful contribution to the atmosphere of the day. Thank you so much to Alan for being a part of our day and we are gutted we don't have another event lined up which we can book him for! we highly recommend him. Thank you again, Mr and Mrs Boyce "

We were looking for high-quality musical accompaniment that could create a sophisticated yet enjoyable atmosphere for all guests, and that is exactly what we got. He demonstrated great experience and sensitivity, choosing the right pieces at the right moments. The quality of the performance was outstanding and played a key role in the success of the event. "We did an outdoor ceremony for about 80 people. I provided a complex set-list, with timings for the key moments within the event, and they did absolutely fabulously. We had a few curveballs, because my family is a bit shameless-- as they went off-script. The musicians held poise, rolled with the punches, and executed the event as if it was all part of the plan. From initial discussions, to planning, to payments, to execution, Duo Maritimo was flawless. Thank you so much for making the ceremony a truly memorable, and magical event. Highly recommended!"
