"To whom it may concern, I have witnessed and experienced the depth of music and soul that Dwayne MaMillan is able to exude. He has personally touched many of my customers he plays for and creates an environment of energy and excitement. I manage Sassafras Southern Bistro in Downtown Greenville, SC and our entrance and patio lead into the One City plaza and Doagne often plays in the plaza for visitors and customers alike. I don't pay him as he is there on his own accord and makes his earnings on tips and smiles. Often throughout the night people stop to listen as he creates a crood, many couples and children will stop to dance and enjoy the moment. It's moments like those people truly remember as the important things in life and I applaud this man for making those times come to fruition. "I booked The Neotones for our wedding after reviewing many bands online. I was very picky as I'm in a few bands myself and I definitely wanted a top notch band who could do it better than I can otherwise I'd always be thinking "hmm I could have done that". Well they exceeded my expectations and some - they played in a venue with a very sensitive DB sound limiter and also were kind enough to let me borrow their backline for a few of my numbers. They kept all the guests dancing till the very end and all our guests said to me how good they were. thank you guys!"

"This band builds a bridge between pop, soul and funk from the 70's and 80's on one side, and the world of jazz on the other side. Great musicianship, fantastic arrangements and a very sophisticated sound. Highly recommended for jazz clubs and festivals!"

"We hired Velvet Crush do our annual event in Louisville, KY for the Kentucky Dental Association. They were the perfect choice to bring high energy entertainment to the whole evening ! We had a full dance floor the entire time. They were very professional every step of the way. They were easy and very timely with their communication even in the planning phase. They sounded fantastic and had a great light show to add to the dance vibe of our event ! We will have them back next year !"

"It’s March and still raining. I’ve trawled through some serious procrastination to decide where I’m going tonight; at least three decent live music offerings in Chester that I know of. And I’m sure the others were brilliant. Marblehead Johnson are, in their own words, a “tribute to the British Britpop music scene” and a “powerful combination of passion and quality.” A tribute band, to me, equals lunatic professionalism. To tribute a whole scene is a big ask. Good covers bands are rare enough, taking that enormous and unlikely step beyond random amateur recreation. But these guys really do tick the box of perfectionist, professional curators though. Friday night was time travel night with a set list that captured the point where British alt-rock got (largely) happy and popular (in a good way). A guitar dominated, looping and lurching opener with Ocean Colour Scene and The Riverboat Song; polished and convincing. Second song in and I’m braving the dance floor with the pointy shoed brigade. A few songs further and they offer me proof of their professionalism. A very-very-very long time ago I was lucky enough to make it into Brixton Academy and unfortunate enough to catch James on a sincerely off night. And I’ve heard James and Sit Down many times since: at home, on the radio, in DJ sets and covered-more-than-it-should-be. One of those beautiful songs that gets tired through over use. And on this particular Friday night I heard it come alive; all vitality restored. There were the things I expected; a good dose of Blur and Oasis both, Stereophonics, Bluetones and more, then some referencing back to foundation stones with The Who and The Jam. Marblehead Johnson switched between styles and musical voices with conviction; into acoustic things and seamlessly back out again. The magic of seeing grown men dance without a pint in hand happened repeatedly through the two sets. On any given set you pray for that one song you don’t see coming; the track you might flick through on the album that becomes something else entirely live. So it was with Blur’s Charmless Man. That perfect Blur poetry, simple, direct and delivered with energy. Marblehead Johnson are a good distance from being charmless. They are careful collectors and curators of songs; fine musicians and performers.!"

"DJ Daddy Mack worked our youngest’s wedding on 23 Oct 2021 and was absolutely amazing. He was able to quickly read and get a feel for the wedding and made it that much more special. His selection of music was vast and the way he interacted with sound bites only added to the relaxed environment. I would definitely recommend him not only for weddings but another type of event. Thanks again for making the day even more special."

"From start to finish, Tino and his FANTASTIC band members absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding this weekend. I am such a musical perfectionist and they learned our wedding song (which was somewhat off-piste for their usual set list) and made our first dance so much fun. They totally got our vibe and adapted their usual set to accommodate some noughties and rock anthems. I was so sad they were finishing I was crying for most of the last 30 minutes and they were having such fun they extended the set by like 5 encores! After they finished they stayed and chatted, having drinks and late night snacks with us until the venue closed. You guys are family now. I can't imagine a party without these guys there, they are unrivalled and absolutely spectacular. I'm ashamed to say I found them by searching for another well known band and now I can't imagine ever recommending anyone else, if you're in two minds about if they can do what you want, don't be, NeoRoots can do anything and they can do it abroad, on a budget and in tight timelines. Get in touch, you won't regret it. Thank you all for making our day so special, it's all my guests have been talking about for the last 3 days, and thank you for coming so far for us when you all have families you were away from. It truly meant the world to us. We'll be seeing you soon!"

"After being left in the lurch by our existing band with only 5 days to booking date, we had 6 bands offered and we chose the Playlisters from their effortless videos. And they lived up to everything and more. On time hassle free set up and breakdown. Their professionalism showed from the day we booked them till the very end. But most of all their talent and ability to wow the crowd. Every guest raved over them from the smallest child to the OAPs. There was something for everyone. 100% we will book them again.
