"For our 50th anniversary, we were looking for a stylish, musical jazz band, and this versatile Jazz Quartet more than met our expectations. Communication beforehand was smooth and clear, which immediately provided a sense of reassurance in the lead-up to our event. On the day itself, the band members arrived at the Atomium well in advance, professionally prepared, and well-prepared. Their performance, dressed in their "classy" attire, was atmospheric and musically high-quality, setting the perfect tone for this festive occasion. The music added a touch of class to the evening and was greatly appreciated by all our guests. In short: reliable, professional, and above all, musically excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality live jazz!"

"The Sydney Jazz Collective was completely outstanding. Great liaison prior to our event and everything went smoothly on the night. Seamless setup, great variety of music and the band helped with the backing of a special number sung by the guest of honour on the night. Great musicians and great music of the highest calibre. I will recommend to all my friends."

They were amazing, pay attention to detail, even down to the number of outfit changes. They are the best at what they do- entertain!"

"We organised The Cheers to play at our wedding in September 2018, and it was one of the best decisions of the day. I think there are three reasons why I would recommend them: 1. The music is great - The Cheers played a selection of oldies and new music to cater to the tastes of all our guests. We had a lot of kids and they even played some things purposefully to get them on the dance floor with their parents - a lovely touch. They are very talented musicians (with credentials!) and made everything sound great in our venue, even though they only had a short time to sound-check. We received numerous compliments that the band were excellent. They learnt our first dance perfectly and performed it exactly how we wanted. Just fantastic. 2. They are very professional - Our speeches and breakfast overran by about 45 minutes, but the band were extremely accommodating and calm about the delay. They setup extremely quickly to get us back on track and they were thoroughly proficient in breaking down at the end. They brought all their own equipment and everything looked and sounded great. 3. They were very easy to work with - Even though we didn’t meet the band until the day of the wedding, they were extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. Our main point of contact was Ben (the band manager) who was charming, quick to respond to calls and messages and very helpful. Formal arrangements were quick and professional and the entire interaction went very smoothly. Overall, the experience of hiring and hearing The Cheers was faultless. Thank you so much for rounding off our special day with fantastic entertainment."

We told him where we were celebrating the wedding, the type of cocktail hour we were having, and the kind of music we liked, and he recommended the perfect singers for us. In the end, we chose Adrian, and it was a total success. The small details make all the difference, especially at weddings, where everything tends to feel the same… and these kinds of details are what truly set your event apart! "I found the Trio from mainly reading reviews on numerous sites. We had our wedding at the Belmond Hotel Caruso in Ravello and requested Raphael and his team play during our cocktail hour and meal. The music sounded beautiful! They played a great mix of old and new which went down brilliantly with the guests, a large number of which were singing along! We had so many compliments about the choice of music! Thank you for making our day so perfect. "

"COULDN'T RECOMMEND TONY AND THE BAND MORE!!! Went to an event on the 23rd of November. The venue was really cool. Food and drinks available. The band were incredible. Couldn’t help but dance. The vibe was so nice. Everyone that attended was friendly. I can’t wait for the next show. I’ll definitely be there. Regardless of age I think this is the perfect night out. "

"L’efficacité de la musique dans les cinq films de Quentin Tarantino a beaucoup à voir avec la façon dont il perçoit la musique. Tarantino pense que les chansons en général fonctionnent comme des films miniatures. Il regarde la musique comme un moyen de prolonger les intrigues de ses films. La bande originale a la responsabilité non seulement de donner le ton de la scène, mais aussi d'apporter de la clarté aux émotions qui ne sont pas pleinement exprimées par les personnages. Tout cela fonctionne de manière transparente parce que Tarantino entend d'abord la chanson, puis écrit une scène autour d'elle. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la musique ait un impact si remarquable dans ses films. Comment la musique affecte-t-elle la façon dont on perçoit les films de Tarantino ? Il est vrai que toute musique fera réagir le spectateur émotionnellement, mais ce qui compte pour Tarantino, c'est que, la plupart du temps, la musique produit ce qu'il perçoit comme l'impact émotionnel «approprié» sur une scène. Par exemple, si quelque chose d'autre que "Stuck in the Middle With You" avait été choisi pour accompagner la scène "du coupage d’oreille" dans Reservoir Dogs, le public n'aurait peut-être jamais connu les tendances sadiques de Mr Blonde. La clé du succès de Tarantino en évitant la musique perçue comme juste «suffisante» est qu'il écrit tous ses scénarios de film avec une musique spécifique à l'esprit. En étant déterminé dans sa sélection, Tarantino s'assure que la musique de Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol.1 et Kill Bill Vol. 2 joue un rôle actif dans la structure narrative du film et, tout aussi important, qu'il fait quelque chose dont le public voudra se souvenir.
