The music was wonderful - I’m only seeing snippets of it now on our guests’ videos from the ceremony and it sounds absolutely beautiful! " We hired the Fine Tuners for our wedding at Lightfoot and Wolfville in October 2024. We worked with Stephen in advance to make sure the live music was tailored to our vibe for the day and was meaningful. Stephen was very responsive to our questions and worked to make sure we knew what we were getting. The choice of live songs for pre- and post-ceremony were spot on for our tastes. Countless guests have commented that the personalized live music during the ceremony made everything so much more special. We had specific songs for the processional and recessional, along with one during the wedding registry signing that were beautifully played and timed perfectly. The Fine Tuners were able to seamlessly adapt if things were faster or slower than expected and it made everything feel perfectly on track. The DJing during the evening dance was beyond our expectations. Our "do not play list" was respected, guests were able to make requests, and there were additional surprise touches like sparklers during our entrance and fun lights that really made things feel like a magical party. Both Stephen and Anthony are clearly experienced in live music and DJing for events. The live music part of things was perfect in our Nova Scotia setting and was appreciated by us and our guests. The DJing during the dance helped get people on the dance floor with no effort on our part, and Stephen really helped to make sure guests had a great time. We would absolutely recommend the Fine Tuners if you are looking for personalized and professional music services for your event!"

"Pali was absolutely incredible and truly elevated our wedding day. He arrived early, fully prepared and he worked effortlessly with the venue team to get set up smoothly. We gave him a very minimal brief, yet he completely understood the vibe we were after and nailed it. His music was the perfect backdrop for our beach wedding. It was relaxed, soulful, and effortlessly coastal. Every set he played created such a joyful, sun-soaked atmosphere that matched the setting perfectly. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the music was. On top of all that, he’s a lovely, polite, and professional guy. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you Paly for making our big day extra special! 11/10!"

"Lil' Stevie and the Westsiders were fun, charismatic, and accommodating. Their band also ROCKED! We hired them for our mother's 60th birthday; she's very into blues music and live bands, so we took a chance on Stevie and the band. We are so glad we did, they were the perfect choice. Stevie played a lot of his original music which was incredible, as well as "Happy Birthday" for my Mom! I would definitely recommend this band if you're looking for a great time with a live band, and if you're looking for that band to be flexible with plans. Stevie was also polite and responsive which I really appreciated. Would definitely hire this band again. Thanks Stevie!"

"Thanks for booking Rorys Jazz band, I have used them on 3 separate occasions and every time they have performed brilliantly! The buzz they have created in the airport has been fantastic and the quality of their performance have drawn in considerably large audiences. They have been hugely adaptable which was evident to see when they performed jazz style Christmas carols! I will definitely be booking them again this year."

"Enrico and the DJ entertained at our wedding and did an amazing job. They showed up early in the day to make sure everything was set up, they played the music that we asked them to before the ceremony and looked after all the mics and speakers for the ceremony. They played a set during cocktail hour, a playlist during dinner and then ran the party into the late night. The guys did such a good job of reading the room throughout the night, they played songs that people were enjoying without letting it get too repetitive, the Saxophonist was the star of the show, he kept the energy in the space so high, moving on and off the dance floor, getting people involved and making sure our guests were having a great time. We had so many compliments about how much fun the music was but the guys nailed it for the whole day."
