"Kate was absolutely magical on the violin at our Wedding this Summer. She attended the Church Ceremony playing the songs I requested on her violin, and then came to our Drinks Reception with her electric violin (again playing songs I had requested). She was fantastic and so talented and professional. Our guests were extremely complimentary about her playing! Thank you for adding a special touch to our Wedding Day! X."

"Jeff was able to schedule our awards dinner in with short notice and did a fantastic job. Our employees really enjoyed the wide variety of music he played (seeing our CEO get up and show us some dance moves to an old Elvis song was the highlight of the night though). We look forward to having Jeff back in the future! "

"Luisa is spectacular on stage! She had great stage presence and the band were on fire, I was dining at one of the venues they regularly perform at: The Maine (Mayfair, London) and I had such a fun time with my friends dancing to their wonderful music. Their sound is very full considering they are only 4!"

"We hired Julie and her jazz band to perform at our 1920's Speakeasy client appreciation event and we're pleased we did! Our clients loved bring able to let loose and try out their best attempt at the Charleston! Julie was easy to work with throughout the planning process and helpful in providing her recommendations. If you're looking for some great era entertainment for a wedding or corporate event, I certainly recommend The Kensie Jazz Band!"

"Erano fantastici. Molto gradevole. Era una festa per 80. Tutte le età. La musica (principalmente soft jazz che l'ho chiesto) ha fatto ballare tutti. Il volume era eccellente, né troppo alto né troppo basso. Sono ottimi musicisti. Il loro sound era esattamente come sul sito web. They were fantastic. Very personable. It was a party for 80 people. All ages. The music (principally the soft jazz that I had asked for) had everyone dancing. The volume was perfect, not too loud or too soft. They are excellent musicians. Their sound was exactly as recorded on the website."

Right from the start with the initial email communications with you, the input you let us have on your set list, the flexibility you gave on the day when we were running so far behind schedule, and of course your totally epic performance that had our dance floor rammed absolutely all night, you were a dream to work with. "DJ Shawn Groove exceeded our expectations. Shawn Groove is the ultimate professional. When we first consulted with him, he figured out exactly what our vision was for our wedding, and delivered. 1) His equipment was professional and we’ve never seen a ballroom look as magnificent. Shawn and his team set up the uplighting, drapes, sound system for the ceremony and reception. 2) Shawn is a full time DJ. He consistently performs at the MGM Grand at the National Harbor. We knew he was good, but then again, he exceeded our expectations. Shawn had 200 people dancing for 2 1/2 straight hours. 3) Shawn was in constant communication with us. He made sure that every little detail was up to our satisfaction. 4) His pricing was extremely competitive and better than all of the estimates we received. His goal was our happiness. He has a passion for this and this is evident from the moment you meet him. 5) He also provided a photography and videography team, which made the experience that much better. His staff smiled and enjoyed themselves the entire wedding, which was noticed by all of our guests. Our wedding was perfect and we recommend DJ Shawn Groove to everyone."
