"Maya, in combination with a saxophonist and DJ, delivered an unforgettable performance at our wedding celebration on July 15, 2023. Her presence throughout the day—from musically accompanying the bride’s entrance in the church to performing throughout the entire ceremony—contributed to a festive and welcoming atmosphere. After the church service, the celebration continued at Stadthalle Olfen, where the wedding party had a proper celebration. The response of our guests to Maya’s music was overwhelmingly positive, which was reflected in a constantly lively dance floor. Her ability to respond to individual music requests and present them in a unique and engaging way left a lasting impression. The quality of her performance was excellent—clearly professional—and everything ran smoothly from a technical standpoint. We were especially pleased that Maya seamlessly integrated into the celebration and actively participated in the festivities when she was not on stage. (It was wonderful to see that this was not just a “job” for her.) Overall, Maya’s contribution to our wedding was not only professional and technically flawless but also highly entertaining and atmospheric. Her performance played a decisive role in making our wedding an unforgettable event. We would recommend Maya without hesitation, as she is a guarantee for a stylish and lively celebration. "songsNews “10 Bourbon Street”: an album that transports us to New Orleans, under the command of Catfish-Howl “10 Bourbon Street” springs from the blues fountain in New Orleans. We have ten songs that are a delight. Here the instrumental presentation is a lesson in dynamics and rhythm, which Catfish-Howl delivers, for our enjoyment. The New Hampshire band rocks the percussion and upbeat, colorful vocals to win our hearts. “My Baby Has Me”, “Cajun Girl” are songs that already give us an idea of what we will see in this collection: they exalt love and, of course, women. A perfect sound to dance and enjoy that atmosphere of undeniable romance, which they pour into the air. The accordion is a star: it's in every melody, every beat, and there's no lack of commitment to participate with excitement, even when the guitar presents its fingerings. For those who love this mix of brass, strings, percussion and vocals that drink from the blues waters, this work is perfect. There is a reinterpretation of “Tupelo Honey”, by Van Morrison, which we need to highlight, for the proposed emotion, and the vocal delicacy involved, which is surprising. “My Maryann” takes us to New Orleans, without having to go there! You may be in Australia, where music transports your energy as if by magic. Catfish-Howl puts us in a wonderful ball to wear out our feet and exhaust our strength, as it's impossible to sit still listening to "10 Bourbon Street." The blues magic really is irresistible. "Arsen was absolutely professional from start to finish. He played exactly the kind of music we requested and more importantly at the right times of the evening. He’s Saxophone skills were amazing and we loved the way he interacted with our guests and got them all dancing and having fun. All our guest, have said since our event, how great he was and he made our special night the “best ever” We would highly recommend Arsen to anyone who required a fab, fun, talented Saxophonist. "After having seen GloBand at a couple of other events, I decided to book them for my 40th Birthday Party and they were just great! The set they played was fantastic and very much tailored to my personal taste. We absolutely loved the athmosphere the band created and they had everyone in the dance floor for the whole evening. They are a great addition to any event, very professional and sound great. Would definitely highly recommend and will most certainly book them again for any future events I might organise. Thank you very much for helping to make my party such a success GloBand!"
