"Wonderful band and incredible performances — we hosted our wedding celebration in Lake Como in June 2023 and had the SoulMates play for us. What can I say but magnificent! They created such beautiful ambience from day to night — all our guests had an amazing time and I can only thank the SoulMates for their creating the magic 🙂 Grazie mille Francesco for organising and for suggesting certain jazz songs that we would have otherwise forgotten. We are so happy to have you play for our big day and we cannot recommend you more! Best of luck xx all our love "

Excellent musicians, they provided a superb selection that matched the mood and wants of our guests. "We’d just like to say a massive thank you to you and your swing band for performing at our wedding at Beamish Hall. The overall presentation was extremely professional from start to finish and the standard of the music was superb – we had a lot of guests who are musicians including the bride, and they’re still all talking about the quality of your performance! We all thought that the way you got everyone involved with certain musical numbers was great fun and created a whole new dimension to the evening. We have had lots of guests comment on how much fun they had dancing and how incredible your performance was. Quite a few guests said that you were the best swing band they’ve seen at a wedding by a long way. We are also very grateful to you all for learning That’s Amoré for our first dance. It was an excellent rendition – so much so, that we danced to it twice! All in all, Mr Swing’s Dance Orchestra played a very big part in making our wedding day so special and unique! We will certainly be recommending you to everyone we know and I’m sure our guests will be too. You will be talked about with great delight for many years to come!"

"We were immediately drawn to the band because their image and sound matched exactly to what we were after – a bit of a nod to the 1920s but with a mix of modern too. We had a few song requests that were definitely from the more modern side of things (Air, Tame Impala) and they managed to translate these perfectly into their signature style, I can be quite hard to impress when it comes to live music and they really just blew me away. In terms of liaising with them before and on the day they were a dream, I'd look to book them again if I ever had the need and would highly recommend anyone else interested in them to do the same."

"During a medical conference in Greece this summer, we had the pleasure of hearing the band Marmitas perform live at the reception. Their performance was truly amazing, mixing international songs with a professional touch that left us impressed. We especially loved their jazz tunes, which were performed with such precision, and singer Mania added the perfect touch with her incredible voice. It was a musical experience to remember!"
