"Have known members of the Free Radicals for decades, and decided to hire them to perform at my wedding in 2014. We had some unusual requests (i.e., to perform as a marching band for a second line) and also to play some quieter "mood" music for our reception, and they were 100% game and did a wonderful job--professional musicians who know how to work a crowd with minimal handholding from event organizers! Guests really enjoyed and would recommend!"

"Johnny called me within minutes of posting a request for a bagpiper. We were coming from out of state for a funeral having little communication with the family and sparse knowledge of how the day would go. He was very communicative, friendly, and accommodating He was professional, arrived well in advance, played wonderfully, and conducted his portion of the ceremony as if there had been rehearsals, although the service was very much off the cuff. He was flexible and could adapt at the last minute, working alongside the honor guard to help create a beautiful and honoring ceremony. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone and would call him again."

"We had the absolute pleasure of having this incredible cellist duo perform at our outdoor winter wedding, and they were simply outstanding. From the very beginning, they were professional, warm, and incredibly responsive. They quickly sent us recordings of the songs we were considering and were able to play every piece we requested — no matter how specific or unique. On the day itself, they arrived calm, prepared, and completely in control. Even without knowing the exact timings of our order of service, they adapted effortlessly and made every transition feel seamless. Their experience truly shows — they have that rare ability to read the moment and adjust in real time. Most importantly, they played absolutely beautifully. The music added so much emotion and depth to our ceremony, especially in the winter setting. It was elegant, moving, and unforgettable.
