"Funk’N’Soul performed at a wedding celebration held at Maisemore Gloucestershire on 28th August. The two hour set and DJ kept everyone on the dance floor, which was exactly what was wanted!! Awesome night!"

"David WOWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone had a completely brilliant time! It was just the business. Thankyou so much, you were all great. What a party, what a party!! Loads of emails, texts and cards saying it was the best party they had ever been to since.......errr.......oh that's right, since your last party for us! I am so impressed by your musicians........and the girls!!!!!! They were great! They were so into it, it was an evening's entertainment on its own just watching them! Loved the way the sax player joined in with the singing in the last few songs, and you are all such pleasant people, which just adds to a general feeling of excellentness! Utterly, utterly great, thanks from the bottom of my heart, it was a truly wonderful evening. Hope you got home at some sort of reasonable time! "Wow!! Sarah and Martyn what amazing people with extremely beautiful voices. We booked this lovely duo for our sons christening in august, communication was amazing and they were never short of answers for Any questions I asked in the run up to our event which made me feel comfortable. They sang in front of 80+ people and even for our guests involved really making them self's part of our party. Everyone was asking where I had found them and my cousin even went on to book them for her wedding next month and I'm so looking forward to it. Highly recommend and will certainly use again for any other events we have x Mr & Mrs Hill"

"The band was so great. From a very smooth organization with Luca, we could freely decide what kind of musical atmosphere we wanted to give to our special day. On the day of the wedding, the band was autonomous to get ready and do their balances. When it was their time to play, they literally brought the perfect touch to create a warm, joyful and friendly atmosphere to our cocktail. These guys were super kind and great musicians. My parents who are music teachers were kind of suprised how good they were, and had only nice words about them. I would definitely recommend them and hire them for another special occasion if I could. Thank you again guys !"

"Dear Jonathan, I wanted to put pen to paper to thank you and the band for an absolutely splendid performance last Saturday. The three players, whose names – I am ashamed to admit – escape me (one tends to drink a little on ones’ 50th) were fantastic. Smiling, easy going and accommodating yet thoroughly professional, they played superbly and contributed hugely to the success of the party. It was an absolute pleasure to have them around and their 1st class playing was enjoyed by all. I cannot wait to have them back another time. Merck beaucoup"

"Feet tapped, eyes shone, hands clapped and hips and heads rolled as the brilliance of the great song writers Gershwin, Porter, Warren, Berlin and others became the hymns of this Saturday evening. But light-hearted as most of the music was, there was contrast in the emotive classic 'Every Time we say Goodbye' sung by the nightingale Gaylene Parish (close your eyes and it was Ella Fitzgerald)."
