"We're so glad we found Spark Up Band to play at our tipi wedding - it was an incredible way to end to the day. The dance floor was filled from start to finish with guests of all ages! They completely got the vibe of the day and brought a fantastic atmosphere to the evening. We can't thank them enough for coming to the rescue with a last minute glitch - we were in very safe hands! We hope to have another occasion to book them again!"

"BY THE ORDER, performed at our club on Saturday. wow, what a night! They involve the audience throughout, and always do the utmost to get people dancing. The band are really together and play a good cross section of tunes I've been absolutely inundated with praise for them and will definitely be rebooking them in the very future. Excellent."

"When you organise a party it's always a worry that you get the band right and people genuinely enjoy themselves. Thank you so much for all the compliments that I received about how great YOU are! We had a fantastic evening and even the non-dancers were very enthused about your set. Your lead singer has an amazing ability to cross genres and ranges and did so incredibly well. "What a vocalist, I never heard such a beautiful voice. The front man is simply fantastic and the band is no exception. We got way more than what we paid for :) we were super happy with their performance and these guys really know how to have fun. We hope to see you again once Covid-19 disappears."

"Absolutely incredible band! Played at my sisters wedding on 16 July. Had everybody up on the dance floor all night and we all still wanted more! Songs were excellently chosen and made a perfect day even more amazing!!! Highly recommended!!"

"Paul and Lindsay were the perfect addition to my grandma’s big family reunion / birthday party. Their communication throughout the booking process was flawless and professional. The actual performance was spell-bounding . The tunes they played were so nostalgic and nobodies feet could stay still. All guests were very impressed, and The Publicans were the talk of the party. "An exceptional band! Amazing setlist! Even a month later, I’m still receiving compliments about the musical entertainment. I absolutely loved their performance among the tables—they managed to engage even the shyest of my guests! I had never seen some of my uncles so lively—it was priceless! I highly recommend this band! "We booked the DoubleShots for our black tie event and they were brilliant. They have a great mix of songs with fantastic audience interaction as well. We had the best night and by the end we were all singing along at the top of our voices! This is a great band and if you book them, you will not be disappointed!"
