Review Centre: Wedding Musicians

"We were delighted with Raphael and the Blue Moon Jazz Band who provided a wonderful soundtrack for our wedding reception at the Hotel Kolbe in Rome less than two weeks ago. The band played during the aperitivo and then again after dinner when they were joined by their fantastic singer. We loved their sound and wished they could have played longer. As one of my dearest friends said, whose brother is a jazz musician, when the band was playing it was more like being at a concert than “only” listening to background music. Raphael was always very prompt in all his replies and as kind and considerate as possible, while the musicians as a whole, including the singer, impressed us all with the quality of their sound. All our guests remarked on how wonderful the band was, including our younger guests who greatly enjoyed dancing away at jazz pieces they would not normally listen to, as well as the jazz buffs amongst us of which there were many. We would not hesitate to contact the band again for future events and therefore would also wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone else! Thank you for a beautiful jazzy evening… Enrica and Rombout"

"Daniel gave a performance to remeber when i wantet to propose to my girlfriend. He was very helpfull in assisting me by making all the details come together, and he was able to play all the songs that i liked. He was so down to earth, and even made me fell more calm about the proposal. Because of the weather, we ended up going to his bar in Torremolinos, that was so charming. He even giftet us a bottle of champagne that we could enjoy during and after my proposal! If we ever need a special night in Malaga again, we will for sure book daniel and his saxophone. Thanks to Daniel and his staff, for helping me make it the most beautiful night."

"Harry is a fantastic trumpet player and an asset to any band he is part of. With good reading skills, solid improvisation in solo passages and great energy on stage, I would happily book him again. He can play any genre of music with ease, from pop and rock through to more traditional styles and jazz. Easy to get along with, happy to fit in and a true professional in all aspects of his approach."

"We had the pleasure of having Pianist Ivan perform at our private event at our villa in Dalmine, and the experience was simply wonderful. His music immediately created an elegant, relaxed, and refined atmosphere, perfectly suited for an exclusive evening with friends and special guests. Ivan proved to be an impeccable professional: punctual, well-organized, and completely self-sufficient in managing his equipment. The piano sound was rich, well-balanced, and always appropriate for the setting—never intrusive, yet always enhancing the moments of the evening. His repertoire was chosen with great taste and sensitivity, alternating between softer, more delicate pieces and more engaging moments, always maintaining an extremely high artistic level. Many of our guests personally complimented the quality of the performance and the unique atmosphere he was able to create. "We booked the Why So Serious and a DJ for our wedding in Tuscany this past June and they 200% delivered. They are so engaging, everyone from your grandmother to your niece will be dancing. Pierre was great in planning the whole event, he clearly has a lot of experience and guided us so well. We could send in our preferred songs and they took it from there. DJ was also great. Literally all our guests asked for the contact details of the band, which says enough! Grazie Mille guys!"
