"The Hoedown Band were quite simply awesome!! We had a triple 50th Birthday at the local hall ... We had 146 people who all had the best night ever so they say, thanks in no small part to Dawn and the band. The musicianship was excellent and Dawn’s calls were clear and easy to follow and she was roving around and leading each group until we got it and went full steam ahead with the band ripping into it. I cannot recommend this band enough. They exceeded our expectations and once again made our party what it was. Thank you guys and girls!"

"Wow what can I say, we asked for a country band and we booked the Country Rocks Band… they were everything we could’ve asked for! Everyone was up on the dancefloor from the first song to the last drum strike! Amazing night thoroughly had by all. Our guests kept commenting how great they were! "Let’s face it. Music soothes, heals, excites, entertains and inspires. Legendary Jazz Drummer and Bandleader, Art Blakey even said “(it) washes away the dust of everyday life.” I’ll go with that. That very moment when any artist starts to sing or play, is critical. We all want to be entertained, not just played to. And one more observation, if they look like they’re having fun - I am too. The Jazz Kings performed to a sell-out audience at the Brisbane Jazz Club: they brought their musical goods right through the front door and into our hearts and souls. The key difference is in the delivery. It’s called engagement, the sparkle in their eyes as they share their love of Jazz with everyone in the room. The Jazz Kings' repertoire is wide, impressive and constantly updated. It includes a couple of original pieces, but you can’t quite tell as they are very cleverly cloaked with the fabric of that particular era. What makes their evening different is their cheerful unpredictability. Not every song has each person doing an instrumental. (Which often can be tedious.) Two tunes might even be performed one after another without a formal introduction. Look out for some gentle fun inclusion with the audience – that’s the chance to sing along. It’s an old-fashioned but proven concept that has you laughing – and wondering where the night went. All-in-all, a thoroughly entertaining night. I’d go again. And again!"

"Courus is A M A Z I N G!!! They performed at my big wedding day and they could not have made my day any more perfect.... The singing and the background playing was everything 💕 I did not give much instruction and yet they exceeded my expectations and our guests at the venue were very impressed. Some even thought that it was a CD that was playing until they realized it was the band that played the WHOLE day... I can't stop fussing about this band and they can play anything you wish them to... Thank you Courus for making my day special 🌼🌸🧡 I'd use you over and over again!! 💛"

"WOW - we had SO MANY guests come up to us during and after the party, to compliment the wonderful Ginny. She was an absolute dream and took on all of our sound, lighting, set list requirements on the night. Providing a PA system for our speech, Ginny was extremely accommodating throughout - she was amazing. The only negative, was that we were too busy to actually sit down and appreciate all Ginny's hardwork. We can thoroughly recommend her, a very professional and courteous addition to any event. We will be requiring her services again, should the need arise, without a doubt."
