Review Centre: Cover Bands

"I hired The Vibrators Band to perform on my 40th birthday celebration, that took place last Saturday, 10th of January 2026, in Porto - Portugal I was searching for Rock/Funk bands available in the country and immediately got captivated by their cover of the music "Kiss", by Prince. After a brief discussion over the phone, I asked them to perform on my birthday. From the first moment and music line-up, I got very confident that they were the right band. But no one was prepared for what they did. I mean, it was absolutely perfect. From the singer, who has a perfect mix between a power and pitch, to everyone else within the band, it was world class. I would also like to highlight someone who is often forgotten during these shows: the sound technician. I arrived to the venue 30 minutes before the start of the party, in time to be there for the sound check. The technician asked me for feedback and in my opinion the instruments over a bit too loud, and there was a risk to overpower the very strong voice of the lead singer. I provided this feedback, which they took to heart and they made sure that the sound was perfect for the performance. I am very glad I had The Vibrators performing in my celebration. It was just perfect."

"We knew they were going to be amazing, but they outdid all our expectations! They are not only a brilliant band, but have a brilliant set list too! They totally matched the vibe of our wedding and instantly fit right in as they set up and sound checked right in the middle of all of our guests! They brought their own positive energy and it felt like they really enjoyed performing at the wedding as well, which is something you can’t buy! Thank you Harrison and all of the Fan Club Party Band. "Scott is a regular performer here and one of our favorites! Not only is he an amazing musician and has developed quite a following at our venue, but he is also very professional and incredible to work with. Even as a solo performer, if you close your eyes you might guess you're listening to a trio! Such full sound and always the highest quality performance. He's just THAT good! I would very highly recommend him."

"We hired Exit Left for my Father's 70th Birthday Party....Guests ranging in age from 35-75 and EVERYONE was dancing the entire time! We did not want the night to end!!!! Sue and I communicated often via email, she was beyond accommodating! I would 100 percent hire them again! Talented and kind artists who were flexible and professional!"

"Leah performed at a private birthday party event that I threw last minute for my partner. Leah was very flexible and communicative beforehand, helped provide lighting options, and willing to work with us based on our location, budget, and other needs. The performance was beautiful - Leah is an incredibly talented and lovely singer, and many of my guests were asking how to book such an amazing singer for their own future events! All in all, everything exceeded my expectations and we had the perfect event!"

"Pharaoh & The Beats absolutely made our wedding day! They were professional from the very beginning when I booked them via Encore and they maintained contact right up until the day itself to assist me with any questions I had. Leanne has an incredible voice and all the other musicians were brilliant too. We had so many of our guests asking how we came across the band, commenting on how good they were. We couldn’t be happier at how they got everyone on the dance floor and thank them so much for learning and performing our first dance song! We will definitely be booking them again for any future events!"

"There are no words to describe how amazing it was to work with Catabella! I do events ans I am a recording engineer so picking a band was so hard for me. I literally called Catabella Two days before my wedding and they delivered a full production with the best musicians I’ve have ever heard. They didn’t take advantage of the last minute booking fees, on the other hand they came to my venue immediately to do a walk thru and plan accordingly . The day of the wedding they dressed to impress and performed so amazingly! I even ended up on stage playing drums haha! I am still hearing my friends and family talk about the wedding! I recommend them 100% and now I am booking them for my clients in Houston, Texas! We love Catabella!!!!!!"
