"We booked Jon Hickman for our wedding party. Jon was lovely and easy to deal with. He was always contactable and responded quickly. He discussed what we wanted and followed this including learning a couple of new songs which we wanted. Everyone at our wedding commented on the piano player and on the ambience he created on the terrace where he was playing. Thanks so much to Jon, he was fab and exactly what we wanted for our event!"

"Maya, in combination with a saxophonist and DJ, delivered an unforgettable performance at our wedding celebration on July 15, 2023. Her presence throughout the day—from musically accompanying the bride’s entrance in the church to performing throughout the entire ceremony—contributed to a festive and welcoming atmosphere. After the church service, the celebration continued at Stadthalle Olfen, where the wedding party had a proper celebration. The response of our guests to Maya’s music was overwhelmingly positive, which was reflected in a constantly lively dance floor. Her ability to respond to individual music requests and present them in a unique and engaging way left a lasting impression. The quality of her performance was excellent—clearly professional—and everything ran smoothly from a technical standpoint. We were especially pleased that Maya seamlessly integrated into the celebration and actively participated in the festivities when she was not on stage. (It was wonderful to see that this was not just a “job” for her.) "The North London-based artist Lee Michael Stevens steps away from The Swagger to take audiences on a personal journey. His first solo single “I Miss U Now”, co-wrote with brother Paul Stevens, is a taste of a long-player due in 2022, and it is a tantalising prospect. Here Lee is soaking up the atmosphere under the grey London sky. Both Britpop and balladesque, there is a lot to unpack from “I Miss U Now”. It is acoustic but energetic, with a thread of humanity, love and loss pulsing throughout. Both the production by Steve ‘Smiley’ Barnard, and the string arrangements by David Tims add beauty to the otherwise streetwise themes. In some ways it is obviously reminiscent of The Swagger, though there is a lot more of the personality of Lee Michael Stevens on display, teetering between sneering confidence and hopeless heartbreak. All-in-all a cracking first step in what promises to be a worthwhile journey."

"Marcus kept us entertained brilliantly all evening with his large repertoire of favourite songs. He arrived early with his entire pa system and was friendly efficient to deal with throughout. I would thoroughly recommend Marcus if you are looking for a troubadour that you can trust, who will perform beautifully and almost certainly leave your crowd wanting more! "
