"Jan was absolutely fantastic! After being let down by another supplier, he kindly stepped in and was able to accommodate our wedding day – and we’re so glad he did. Communication beforehand was brilliant. Jan sent over his set list in advance and even offered to learn any specific songs we wanted, which was such a thoughtful touch. On the night, he was incredible – we had so many compliments from our guests about how talented he was and the atmosphere he created. Honestly, thank you so much Jan for everything – 100% recommend to anyone looking to add that extra special touch to their day!"

"Jan came to play at my partners birthday on 6th Aug (just wish I could upload a video ). I can highly recommend Jan, he was absolutely fantastic , so talented , everybody loved his music and was the perfect addition to a sunny afternoon in the garden. Jan was perfectly on time arriving early to set up, he sent me a huge play list with plenty of options to choose from prior to the party and he was so professional. Thank you Jan, I hope we get to hear you play again !!"

I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused when I was unable to attend due to unexpected transport issues. I informed the client as soon as possible. For clarity, no payment was received on my side, and Gig Heaven has already refunded the platform’s 10% booking deposit to the client. I also advised that any payment, if processed, should be reversed. I remain committed to transparency and resolving matters professionally. - Cruiziq

"Thank you so much for setting the mood so perfectly for our wedding day and the reception after the ceremony. It was everything we hoped for. The band started playing just as we left the altar and it immediatly set the mood to a fun and relaxed but super classy afternoon. The guys followed us discretely and got people (including us) dancing during reception, so even before the offical dancing started :). They read the crowd so well and were the perfect choice for our garden wedding! You were so kind and super professional at all times and we could not have asked for more.
