Review Centre: Soul Bands

"Wow what a great band. If you want a band to make your event or wedding dance book these. Recently they played at the Big Eat Food Festival which we organise. Its a 3 day event which was visited by 28000 people and had lots of very good bands. Le Freak were great. Easy to work with and absolutely lovely people. We would book them again for our other event Gosport-sunset-festival-2024 but we have already a full line up. We will though be booking this band for next year. Book them, I cannot speak highly enough about this talented band of great performers."

"Hú, még ennyi idő után is libabőrös vagyok, amikor eszembe jut a buli! Teljes beleéléssel, a zene szeretetével felvértezve adták elő a dalokat. A társaság része volt a zenekarnak, ők pedig része voltak a társaságnak. Ezt így kell csinálni!"

"The Cheers function band were great at our wedding. Everyone loved the music and had a great time dancing. Ben was extremely professional from start to finish and was very reassuring throughout the whole process, always getting back to my email requests and offering different time slots to fit our wedding and the timings on the day. I'd really recommend them for a wedding or any event someone might be considering."

"These guys gave us the BEST evening at our wedding, everyone loved them. People still comment to us a year later (sorry for the late review!!) how much fun they had because of the band and how they’d never danced for so long at a wedding. They were even kind enough to let our friend join them on bass for a few songs which was a lovely memory. Grazie per tutti guys, we loved it ❤️"

"We chose them for the most important day of our lives, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. The band offers a wide selection of songs, all performed with passion and skill. They welcomed our special requests and were also happy to accommodate song requests from our guests during the party. (Italian) Ci siamo affidati a loro per il nostro giorno più importante e non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. La band offre una vasta selezione di brani eseguiti con passione e maestria. "Just wow! These guys were true pros but so down to earth and personable and all you could ask for! Helen has an incredible voice, and the rest of the band were spot on, incredible musicians. Song choice was top tier - a mix of Motown classics with some rarer Northern Soul tracks for the diehards. Had the crowd in the palm of their hand the entire night. Book this band, you won’t regret it! 10/10!"

"From start to finish, Tino and his FANTASTIC band members absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding this weekend. I am such a musical perfectionist and they learned our wedding song (which was somewhat off-piste for their usual set list) and made our first dance so much fun. They totally got our vibe and adapted their usual set to accommodate some noughties and rock anthems. I was so sad they were finishing I was crying for most of the last 30 minutes and they were having such fun they extended the set by like 5 encores! After they finished they stayed and chatted, having drinks and late night snacks with us until the venue closed. You guys are family now. I can't imagine a party without these guys there, they are unrivalled and absolutely spectacular. I'm ashamed to say I found them by searching for another well known band and now I can't imagine ever recommending anyone else, if you're in two minds about if they can do what you want, don't be, NeoRoots can do anything and they can do it abroad, on a budget and in tight timelines. Get in touch, you won't regret it. Thank you all for making our day so special, it's all my guests have been talking about for the last 3 days, and thank you for coming so far for us when you all have families you were away from. It truly meant the world to us. We'll be seeing you soon!"

"A HUGE thank you to this talented jazz band for playing at our wedding at Villa di Ulignano in Tuscany. Raphael also learned three of my favourite piano pieces for the ceremony, which he played beautifully (coming from a pianist). Their jazz repertoire was then the perfect backdrop to our apertivo. We opted to add a saxophonist too, which we loved! Raphael was professional and easy to communicate with from our first enquiry, which immediately put us at ease. Highly recommend. "

"PBSO shut Tin Roof DOWN! I caught PBSO at Tin Roof and I’m still talking about it! The vibe was electric from the moment they hit the stage. The vocals gave me chills, the horns were insane, and the whole band had the crowd locked in. It wasn’t just a performance, it was an experience. The way they blended genres so seamlessly was next level. I came for live music and left a fan for life."

"Before Alicia and Michael got engaged we had been on a few amazing nights out where Midnight Shindig had played. We knew a great band makes an evening wedding party....and they 210% did. Midnight Shindig- you were amazing. For Paul and I (and I feel confident to speak for the bride and groom as well) you were the cherry on our cake. Thank you SO SO much for the memories. ??"
