"Captain Star Band really set the mood for our wedding. The guests all raved about the music. We danced the night away under the stars to our favorite hits. They really made everything come together, and the night was a success because the music was so amazing ! "

"We needed a band to suit ages from Uni graduates to wedding guests from 30yrs ago. The Cheers were amazing, all ages are still talking about them now! We had a marquee, stage, suitable electrics and dance floor, and wow, did they made the party rock. Ben was great with communication, very professionally documented and clear about their needs which was all reassuring. We booked well in advance... and so pleased that we did as it was fantastic! If only we could have more reasons for parties."

"Blue Moon Jazz Band helped to create a magical environment for our wedding ceremony and aperitivo. I was very particular about the song and exact arrangement that I wanted to walk down the aisle to, and the pianist Raphael learned it and played it so beautifully. He also did a great job playing a very technically difficult song for our recessional. The jazz standards the group played during aperitivo set the tone for the night – allowing us to connect over the music or dance and sway along if we chose to! The group plays with a lot of heart and emotion! Thank you so much to the group for contributing to the best day of our lives! We definitely recommend to all. "

"The Cheers sang for us at a recent party, on a very cold night in a field! They were in fabulous voice and had everyone up and dancing to great songs. The vocalists have fantastic voices, the music is note perfect and many guests commented how great the band were! Thanks guys - it was a fabulous night!"

"We chose them for the most important day of our lives, and we couldn’t have made a better decision. The band offers a wide selection of songs, all performed with passion and skill. They welcomed our special requests and were also happy to accommodate song requests from our guests during the party. "My 80th BD celebration was held on May 24th. It is May 28th and I am still getting KUDOS from my guest about Nadine and her Soul of New York Band. Nadine was professional and always had a smile in her voice from inception. I had spoken with two other bands and was very impressed of Nadine's understanding of what type of music I wanted for my event. I am still getting comments from my guest asking "where did you find your band?", "the singers were excellent", "best BD party ever" and of course I felt very proud my choice was Nadine and her Soul of New York Band. Thank you Nadine, for showing up and showing out, as the saying goes...many blessings!!!!!!"

"Ant answered the call to perform an online live stream gig for members, volunteers and staff of Chilterns MS Centre. To say he was a hit would be an understatement, with instant requests for him to play again, and positive comments coming from all involved. He took special requests with one being particularly poignant as one member missed out on a Bryan Adams concert because of the lock down!"
