"The Black Marcs played for us at our Jubilee picnic on 4th June 2022 in Tollerton village. From beginning to end Mark was genuinely very friendly, helpful, easy going and professional to deal with. The band played a wide range of crowd pleasers suitable for all ages and everyone enjoyed their music. I highly recommend them as a live band for any event - you won't be disappointed."

"There are songs that just stand out because they are so different from everything out there. “Stay Down Kat”, by The Unknowns, is definitely one of those songs. There’s a suave, jazzy, bluesy feel to this song, with great lead and backing vocals. It’s sultry, sensual, mysterious, and controlled, yet it has its powerful moments. And who can resist a great sax solo? Those things will draw you in, and soon The Unknowns will be known. "

"I booked Brass Monkees for our New Years Eve event and I was absolutely made up with their performance. From beginning to end they were professional and easy to deal with. "I recently had the pleasure of seeing Richard perform at a cocktail hour, and he was absolutely incredible. His guitar renditions of popular songs were the perfect vibe. They were familiar enough to sing along to, yet tasteful enough to keep conversations flowing easily. You could feel the energy in the room lift. people couldn’t stop smiling as each song rolled in! It was truly an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Top-tier musician and top-tier service. Highly recommended!"
