"he percussive sounds and swirling skirts of Flamenco Sol was the perfect way to spend a very warm Perth summer evening. From the first moment of darkness, when the two dancers (Maree Laffan and Valeria Gonzalez) appear tapping with canes and their heels, to the final number, I was riveted by the quality and passion these performers evinced for the art form. I'm certain few in the audience left the auditorium not wanting to take up Flamenco themselves. Aire Flamenco are a Perth based ensemble founded by Maree Laffan, specialising in presenting traditional flamenco. The two principal dancers mentioned above, were accompanied by the exquisite guitar picking and playing of Justin Kutylowski, the percussive master Marcus Perrozzi and the sublime Raquel Avellan on vocals (who also did some dancing - and so she should, she has a PhD in the form). Flamenco is a culture as much as an art, which has evolved through time and place to become a trove of riches that yet, is still connected to the streets, homes and bars. This performance acts as a primer to the culture, demonstrating some of the many styles of dance, music and song (and not always together) that typify flamenco, making you only crave more. And yes, there are castanets. Lucky for us in Perth, Aire Flamenco are local, so the chances are good. But I would suggest you get in to see this show now, and you'll even find yourself participating in an amusing number."

"The Timeless Band are the perfect party function band. From the moment they begin playing you can guarantee that the dance floor will be filled .Their music is a great mixture suitable for all ages. Their performance is slick ,well rehearsed and packed with entertainment. Every member of the band is a very accomplished musician and together they are the band you want to dance to.. They will go that extra mile to make your party that you want"

"Kellie was so wonderful to work with! We booked our vow renewal pretty last-minute so we didn’t have much time to plan. However, she listened to our requests and executed the ceremony exactly as we wanted. She also picked a stunning location just 5 minutes from our resort. I can’t recommend her enough!!"

"Wonderful band and super playlist. We found Lefty Martin & His Right Hand Band here on GIG Salad and the whole process was so smooth and quick. The band's performance was fantastic and so professional. When a band shows up with everything and goes straight to work you know you hired the right band. Our guests gave us so many complements about the band the night of the event and even the next business day. Lefty Martin and His Right Hand Band made the evening and will keep them on the playlist for our next Country Night. You will not go wrong."
