Review Centre: Wedding DJs

"We booked The Hound Dogs for our wedding on 1st September. It was a bit of a risk as we had never heard them play and found them whilst searching for a wedding band. However as soon as Nigel contacted us and then met us in person we knew we were in good hands. On the day, the guys were everything we wanted and more. They got everyone up dancing and were great musicians, as well as loads of fun. Everyone said they were fab! In between sets and afterwards Nigel provided DJ services until 1am and, even though it was a Monday night, there were still lots of people on the dance floor. He catered for our diverse requests - salsa tunes, funk and soul and latest dance tunes. Thanks guys, thoroughly recommend! Rachel and Nick xx"

Before the wedding, he was attentive and professional, which made us feel as if we were in good hands! Then on the day of our ceremony, he was terrific: coming very early to have plenty of time to install his material, managing the music and speeches during the dinner and most importantly, he created an amazing party for us the night of our wedding. Guests have enjoyed his music, the steady build-up as well as all his equipment (lights, smoke) that created an amazing ambience. The following day of our wedding, he quickly took all his material back. He is very friendly and easy going. Not that it is relevant, but some female guests found him very attractive too!"

Thank you Asandra, it was a truly memorable and emotional experience for us also performing at your wedding reception. The mother-daughter dedication song will remain etched in my mind also. "I honestly cannot recommend DJ Dee enough! This has been the third time we’ve hired him to DJ at an event and the he has smashed it every time! He needed minimal input on the type of music we wanted and read the crowd so well which helped to keep the dance floor busy the whole night. Thanks again Dee for making our nights incredible!"

"We hired Ian for our wedding and he was absolutely amazing! He was so happy and cheerful all evening, not just to us but to all of our guests. He incorporated our song requests / guest’s RSVP song requests that we’d sent beforehand, and he even came up to me in the evening to check everything was okay and was there anything else specific I wanted from him. All our guests commented on how great the DJ was and loved the music, with lots of people dancing non-stop! We would definitely recommend Ian for any party or event, he was an absolute pleasure to have at our wedding. If we have a function in the future where we need someone we will definitely be reaching out to Ian again!"

"We are SO happy that we chose Mooov for our wedding day! Alexander was so knowledgeable, professional and efficient when responding to emails - the planning felt so easy and we felt reassured that our wedding was in safe hands. Alexander was also our DJ on the day and he was exceptional throughout the wedding - bringing so much fun, energy and of course great music to our celebration. Many of the guests gave us compliments on the music choices and everything seemed to happen so seamlessly. We also had the Gypsy Brothers perform during aperitifs and to start the party - they were fantastic and brought the Spanish vibes we wanted (being a British couple in love with Spain). I would absolutely recommend both Mooov and the Gypsy Brothers! If you've already booked Mooov, get ready to have the most fabulous sound and music! If not, book them before anyone else does!!"

"Jackson was punctual, very friendly, and effortlessly set the right mood with his music. Despite not using a sound system due to venue rules, his performance was spot on and beautifully suited the setting. He added a special touch to the event. Highly recommended!"
