"He does not interpret the music so much as channel it, his voice a dark, lustrous force of nature. Around him, the orchestra conjures a crashing swooning swell; listeners may feel as if they have passed through the silver screen and into a forgotten Hollywood musical.” "

"Cara, just wow, honestly one of the most professional, versatile and adaptive singers I have come across. Not to mention her soul stopping voice! I’ve had to do a few events before and she is by far the most perfect entertainer. She made quite a niche plan (involving fancy dress, barges and fire!) completely feasible and all without batting an eye lid, especially impressive as she only found out there and then the full plan. It goes without saying that she has got true talent. Further the diverse requests were all met with such ease and at times she didn’t even need music! So straight forward, very responsive and approachable, with all her own equipment, Cara will honestly make your event a special memory and with such ease! Thank you Cara! Tom had a timeless send off! "We used Cello Shot for our ceremony at our wedding and during our reception. It was absolutely magical. Cello Shot played fantastically and the communication was great! He had spent time practicing a specific song that we wanted for our ceremony. We can only highly recommend! "

The music was great, the caller was great and it was an all round great night and I’m so glad we chose Point Five as our band for it. I would 100% recommend Point Five if you’re ever in need of a Ceilidh Band!"

"Matt was a pleasure to deal with, allowing us to put forward our selected playlists for both of his sets. He was completely happy to play along to our selected tracks and even learnt a few of them for us. Everyone was on the dance floor from start to finish and was a complete hit with all our guests. Couldn’t be happier!"

"“Musical Wizard:” Against the backdrop of the oak-panelled Great Hall, and under the hooded gaze of Lord Preston’s impressive portrait, Peter Bull, resplendent in black velvet and sporting a large ostrich-feather hat, took us through a tour of the music and instruments of the Civil War. The Hall itself was used as lodgings for the Roundheads and one could imagine the music echoing down the centuries to a very different audience. Peter Bull performed two different concerts, beginning with a selection of tunes by John Playford (1651), played with great dexterity on the hurdy-gurdy (or wheel fiddle), a cross between a violin and the bagpipes! In contrast, he then performed the popular Drink to Me Only With Thine Eyes (Ben Johnson) and Gather Ye Rosebuds (William Lawes) on the lute. "

"Best Santa Ever!! Santa Barney has been doing the Living Windows event in downtown Columbia (Simmons Bank) the past few years, and he (and Mrs. Claus) are AMAZING! His beard, outfit , boots, demeanor, EVERYTHING is just perfect. The kids (and adults) absolutely love him. The past couple years we’ve had lines out the door for the majority of the evening. He and Mrs. Claus are so patient and kind, and never stop smiling. He also communicates well leading up to the event, is punctual, and extremely professional. Looking forward to seeing them both again for our 2025 Living Windows event! Hired as: Santa Claus"
