"The House Devils were amazing at our wedding! It was the best decision we made for the evening reception! They coordinated with the groom for a special first dance, and only got better from there. I cannot fault them. All of our guests were raving about how good they were! Cannot recommend more highly! "

"Thank you so much for your superb violin interpretations of "The Lark Ascending" and "Boum" at my wife's outdoor memorial on 11th May 2022. And, although you weren't expecting to play anything else, when asked you played some inspired Bach for ten minutes. "So talented! So fun! Great addition to our party! Number 9 Coal played for 3 hours at my brother's rehearsal dinner and welcome party in November '21. They were fantastic! They were on time, communicated great, were professional and the music was excellent. They even took the time to learn a new song to surprise my brother and his fiance. "This is a great group for a variety of venues. I have seen them in a variety of places and have been a longtime supporter of this group. They play a variety of music and are fun to listen to. Hard to beat the combo of violin, 12 string guitar and voices. They do a lot with just two people!"

"Jools performed at the Playhouse sessions in Stratford between lockdowns last year. He performed after 2 strong acts which is always a tough gig. What you got was high quality music accompanied by Jools’s relaxed demeanour. Jools give a thoughtful description of each tune with humour a constant thread throughout which helped build a strong relationship with the audience. Jools is always prepared to take a risk with his music and challenge boundaries with fine delivery. Already re booked him for later this year."
