"I hired Sandy to perform at my venue as part of a Movies and Musicals event. Right from booking she was great to work with, a great choice of imagery was sent through and posters for me to work with. She was in contact about what sort of material would be most suited for my event. On the day Sandy was set up before the customers arrived and has a brilliant light and sound system. Sandy worked alongside us as a venue to make sure all timings were right and good for us both. Sandy really proves her worth when performing though. Not only is she phenomenally talented she had great interaction with our customers. Whatever you require a singer for I'm sure Sandy has something to suit your event and I can't recommend her highly enough! (10 / 10)"

"L’efficacité de la musique dans les cinq films de Quentin Tarantino a beaucoup à voir avec la façon dont il perçoit la musique. Tarantino pense que les chansons en général fonctionnent comme des films miniatures. Il regarde la musique comme un moyen de prolonger les intrigues de ses films. La bande originale a la responsabilité non seulement de donner le ton de la scène, mais aussi d'apporter de la clarté aux émotions qui ne sont pas pleinement exprimées par les personnages. Tout cela fonctionne de manière transparente parce que Tarantino entend d'abord la chanson, puis écrit une scène autour d'elle. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la musique ait un impact si remarquable dans ses films. Comment la musique affecte-t-elle la façon dont on perçoit les films de Tarantino ? Il est vrai que toute musique fera réagir le spectateur émotionnellement, mais ce qui compte pour Tarantino, c'est que, la plupart du temps, la musique produit ce qu'il perçoit comme l'impact émotionnel «approprié» sur une scène. Par exemple, si quelque chose d'autre que "Stuck in the Middle With You" avait été choisi pour accompagner la scène "du coupage d’oreille" dans Reservoir Dogs, le public n'aurait peut-être jamais connu les tendances sadiques de Mr Blonde. La clé du succès de Tarantino en évitant la musique perçue comme juste «suffisante» est qu'il écrit tous ses scénarios de film avec une musique spécifique à l'esprit. En étant déterminé dans sa sélection, Tarantino s'assure que la musique de Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol.1 et Kill Bill Vol. 2 joue un rôle actif dans la structure narrative du film et, tout aussi important, qu'il fait quelque chose dont le public voudra se souvenir. Ce sont ces souvenirs que souhaite faire resurgir chez le spectateur les membre de Call me Winston. Cet orchestre « tribute band » nouvellement créé sur la Côte d’Azur est unique dans la Région Sud. "Kirsty sang for a 60th Birthday celebration in a beautiful Croft we stayed in for the occasion. We enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with delightful background music. Kirsty was accompanied by her Dad who also played some amazing piano pieces as well as playing the low pipe for us. Kirsty tailored the set to the favourites of the Birthday Girl so the whole performance was very personal. Kirsty has a very warm personality which was reflected in her singing and the combination of Dad & Daughter was very special indeed. Kirsty’s voice is like velvet and the performance was very emotional. I would certainly recommend Kirsty if you are looking for a first class singer. Thanks yet again Kirsty and John. We hope to meet again!"

"I arrived at venue after someone else recommended Sandy as worth going to see. What an understatement. Sandy is a must see., or rather hear. The variety of her song choices is extensive, something for everyone. Her voice, goodness that's some range and the depth, warmth of the tone is inviting you as an individual to enjoy. Now add to that the party that explodes with her wit and seance of fun. Really great night out, so good I went back to see her show twice. (10 / 10)"

"Lizzie Hales traveled miles to entertain the senior citizens of Hughenden Valley, a village in South Bucks, on Saturday, 22nd June at the annual party organised by the Residents Association. She sang lots of favourites from Musicals and by well-known singers past and present, as well as some classical songs. I have no hesitation in recommending Lizzie for your forthcoming event/party – everyone loved her singing, and I agreed with our MC for the evening when he said “the show was really terrific!” Thank you very much indeed Lizzie for brightening up so many people’s lives"
