"Fabulous band. Amazing selection of music and got everyone up on dancefloor. Great musicians and singers. And accommodating - we didn't start until much later than predicted but they were able to flex the timings. Great organisation by Ben in advance meant that all the logistics went very smoothly. I would highly recommend and use again!"

"Alice & Friends were absolutely phenomenal. Alice’s voice was absolutely magical and the guitarist was incredible! They made our wedding day so, so special with their music. They were professional, responsive and open to requests which helped to make the day tailored, smooth and stress-free. We truly can’t thank or recommend them enough!"

"BEST WEDDING BAND EVER!!! Tony and his band played for our wedding ceremony and reception and were AMAZING! We made the error of seating Tony behind our guest during the ceremony and his performance was so good half our guests thought it was a CD playing! For the evening reception, incredible performance, incredible musical execution and spot on choice of songs. All the guests we've seen since the day have raved about how amazing the band were. We had an amazing venue, and fantastic weather but it was all upstaged by how great the band were."

"A fantastic lively band, with a great selection of songs, old and new! The band members were good fun and really worked with the atmosphere of the wedding guests to make it a brilliant evening! Everyone was up singing and dancing till the end with not a spare space on the dance floor! Personable and bold !"

"Ant Barnes played four sets at our wedding this August (2021). It was a small wedding of 30 guests and Ant played 2 relaxed sets during the drinks reception and then 2 more lively sets for the evening after dinner. Ant was brilliant in making sure everything was organised well in advance of the day and we spoke a couple of times via Zoom. Everyone absolutely loved the music and Ant was extremely professional throughout the day. Ant read the atmosphere of the day brilliantly and really added to the day. We would highly recommend Ant for anyone thinking of booking him for an event."

"These guys rock, they played hit after hit and they were incredible. We spent most of the evening on the dance floor, their set list is huge and they had us all up and singing along. We opted for a 6 piece band and it was well worth it, the added musicians really filled out the sound experience. Totally recommend these guys. Even their sound check was quick, they made no fuss, no issues, turned up, rocked out and then left. We loved it! Thank you."

"L’efficacité de la musique dans les cinq films de Quentin Tarantino a beaucoup à voir avec la façon dont il perçoit la musique. Tarantino pense que les chansons en général fonctionnent comme des films miniatures. Il regarde la musique comme un moyen de prolonger les intrigues de ses films. La bande originale a la responsabilité non seulement de donner le ton de la scène, mais aussi d'apporter de la clarté aux émotions qui ne sont pas pleinement exprimées par les personnages. Tout cela fonctionne de manière transparente parce que Tarantino entend d'abord la chanson, puis écrit une scène autour d'elle. Il n'est donc pas surprenant que la musique ait un impact si remarquable dans ses films. Comment la musique affecte-t-elle la façon dont on perçoit les films de Tarantino ? Il est vrai que toute musique fera réagir le spectateur émotionnellement, mais ce qui compte pour Tarantino, c'est que, la plupart du temps, la musique produit ce qu'il perçoit comme l'impact émotionnel «approprié» sur une scène. Par exemple, si quelque chose d'autre que "Stuck in the Middle With You" avait été choisi pour accompagner la scène "du coupage d’oreille" dans Reservoir Dogs, le public n'aurait peut-être jamais connu les tendances sadiques de Mr Blonde. La clé du succès de Tarantino en évitant la musique perçue comme juste «suffisante» est qu'il écrit tous ses scénarios de film avec une musique spécifique à l'esprit. En étant déterminé dans sa sélection, Tarantino s'assure que la musique de Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Kill Bill Vol.1 et Kill Bill Vol. 2 joue un rôle actif dans la structure narrative du film et, tout aussi important, qu'il fait quelque chose dont le public voudra se souvenir. Ce sont ces souvenirs que souhaite faire resurgir chez le spectateur les membre de Call me Winston. Cet orchestre « tribute band » nouvellement créé sur la Côte d’Azur est unique dans la Région Sud. "Richard was a dream to work with! His communication was fantastic, and he went above and beyond by jumping on a video call to to get to know us and our vision. He even learned a couple of new songs just for our us. Plus, he showed up looking sharp and perfectly suited for the occasion. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

" Event on 04/11/2023 Habitat CFC Annual Gala Band I was familiar with Le'Mixx from my personal experience of weekend dancing and suggested them for our Annual Gala. I am the Event Coordinator with Habitat CFC, and I had suggested a few bands; however, my team voted on Le'Mixx for our Gala. Everyone was thrilled by the choice. They also performed as a Duo during our Cocktail Hour, which was lovely as background music during drinks and conversations. As they were departing our guests said they were the best band by far that we had during a Gala and from my point of view, they were extremely professional all the way through the process. Thank you for bringing lots of dance music for entertainment following a fairly long program. Folks sure needed to stretch their legs and indeed they got the opportunity to do so. (Wedding Wire) "
