"Hi Laura (and ladies) We just wanted to express our sincerest thanks for playing so beautifully at our wedding. When we first saw your video online, I got that special, magical tingle. Hearing that one piece, which just happens to be my favourite, blew the competition out of the running. We must confess that when we got to the page showing the huge list of starts and productions, our hearts sank a little, thinking we could never afford a quartet in your league. Excitement kicked back in instantly when we arrived at the prices page and we hammered out a booking email there and then. We loved the fusion of classical, pop, show tunes and the little quirky pieces – ‘Let’s go fly a kite’ went down a storm. I was personally mesmerised watching Laura ‘live’ the music – a true artist. "Fantastic communication, really quick to respond and easy to work with. They played for our wedding and created a wonderful atmosphere during the ceremony and drinks reception. Very professional and more importantly experienced and talented musicians! Couldn’t fault them at all."

"I am deeply impressed with the performance of this quartet. My guests were very excited and awed at their performance both at the ceremony and reception. My husband and I decided to have a beach ceremony and Mercury String Quartet made every possible effort to play at the ceremony despite the weather conditions (it was cold and windy) and the sand. Thank you very much, you made this day so much more special!"

"The Mercury String Quartet was beyond accommodating and professional. Even prior to booking there is a sense of personal detail. They will work with you and discuss the precise preferences needed to fulfill your event. Not only did they take on learning unconventional songs for our wedding, they performed them perfectly, and arrived well over an hour prior to their scheduled performance. Highly recommend if you're looking for professional musicians who aren't afraid to step outside the box!"

"Wow, wow, wow! My father in law booked Dahlia Music for our wedding reception as a last minute booking as we'd be previously let down. There aren't enough words to describe how amazing they were. They played 'A thousand years' as I walked down the isle. The music was so beautiful as soon as I heard it I was in tears. They made our ceremony so special. They also played after the wedding whilst we were waiting for the room to be changed over. All our guests said how amazing they were. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!"

"A very stressful and beautiful event! We went to play street music and when the couple arrived we surprised them with a selected song and then our employee proposed to his girlfriend! Such a sweet event!"
