Me & jiggs
"We had a great time last night. We had Me & jiggs play at our going away party' and what a night to remember. We had a barbeque in the yard' .. the band came out to play an acoustic set of traditional tunes' ..all the young children gathered in a circle and danced to their hearts content. After about a half hour the band went inside where they had already set up for the performance .it was lively and there was something to suit everyone. The band had their own lights which brought the venue to life. It was unforgetable' we both really enjoyed it as did all of our friends."
Swingy duo
"We were very lucky to have Alice and Fernando travel up the country and perform at our wedding. We had them perform at both our drinks reception and the after-dinner entertainment.
We had given a few suggestions like to play some ‘summery rock music but in their own style’ as well as performing their own style of music, and they absolutely delivered! They are both extremely talented and it was such a unique musical act to hear at a wedding which was exactly what we wanted!
We were so happy with everything they did and highly recommend them.
The only downside was that myself and the groom were not able to just sit and listen to them playing as we were so busy throughout the day 😂"
Richard Sneyd – Wedding Guitarist & Singer
"Really happy with how the evening went. Richard was easy to deal with, professional throughout, and his music brought a nice warmth to the event."
Asgards Traditional Irish Music
"Thank you so much for playing at our wedding and adding such a wonderful touch to the day. Walking down the aisle to Tabhair dom do lámh was a moment we'll never forget, and the tunes you played throughout the cocktail reception kept the atmosphere so lively and joyous. Your music made Emma's whole Irish side of the family very happy and gave many of our American guests their first intro to traditional Irish music - not to mention that you all sounded great too! We can't thank you enough for adding such a special touch to our Wedding Day!
With so much gratitude,"
Steven Knight Music (Ireland)

Shindig Wedding Band
"Simply the best. As I said many times, we were not looking for a wedding band in Ireland, we wanted an Irish Band that does weddings. Well we found them. In March of 2024 my wife and I were in Ireland to preview my daughter's wedding venue in Co. Monaghan at Castle Leslie. We did not have a band yet and happened into Temple Bar and fortunately for us Sparky was playing with an awesome fiddle player and we were hooked. Quick conversation and some planning with Gav and they were booked. They were incredibly accommodating and helped coordinate all of the music for the day including ceremony, Cocktail 2 Hours(!), Shindig for the evening and even a DJ inserted in the middle. They also worked with me and my band to do some of the first dances etc. for my daughter and our families. As a musician myself, I know good when I see it and these guys were awesome! I can't wait to play with them again!"
