Beautiful Music Provided By An Authentic Gentleman
Desmond performed for me and my loved ones last night while we gathered to celebrate my close friend's 50th Birthday. He arrived on time and spent the first few minutes setting up his equipment. I was expecting only a guitarist. I had no idea I had hired a singer too! Desmond performed many classic pop tunes by artists such as Neil Diamond, John Denver, Abba and Frank Sinatra. He is a passionate singer and player and I was captivated the entire time. He is also a very nice man and I'm glad to have met him. I encourage anyone who is looking for a singer/guitarist to enjoy the talents of this unique man."
Stephen Kleiman Guitar Mandolin Banjo Uke
"Stephen Kleiman was a great addition to our MusicMan Camp Pro Sessions this year! He coordinated with me promptly about how to integrate his session into our camp curriculum -- and was very flexible about performing in a gym rather than our usual auditorium! The campers loved learning about the banjo and mandolin and found it interesting and applicable to their harmonic camp sessions on ukulele and guitar. Excellent performance and patience in working with young musicians! Thank you Stephen!"
Austin Charnis Guitar
"Austin was a dream to work with - his kindness and generosity was beyond appreciative during our planning process! Austin was able to take on learning a special request to play during our wedding ceremony. Austin also played during our cocktail hour and was a hit with the guests!! Having Austin play as guests entered the ceremony, for the ceremony and for cocktail hour true gave our wedding an elevated feel and made our special day truly feel magical! thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!!!"
John Henry Johnson
"Better than just about everyone he slipped right in as background music/feature music and was able to entertain everyone. Fantastic."
Mark Hildebrand
"It was treat to see Mark perform at the Sumner festival I attended. He is clearly dedicated to his craft and his hard work shows through in his skill. His guitar playing in particular is second to none. I also thoroughly enjoyed his honest and inclusive approach to other performers. His great talent and lack of ego are utterly refreshing."
los angeles acoustic Guitarist
"Ian Kauffman was an absolute pleasure to work with. For couples looking for live music for their ceremony or the reception, Ian is the pro. His glowing reviews are a direct reflection of his work. With little direction, Ian is able to provide clients with an eclectic list of music that brings all age groups onto the dance floor – a serious accomplishment. Not to mention, as a planner, releasing tables to a buffet line can be a stressful task, as you do not want guests waiting in an endless line. This not only demonstrates his flexibility in his services, but also his understanding for tasteful execution. The wedding I coordinated occurred on New Years Eve, so Ian was expected to provide 10+ hours of engaging music – a task he accomplished flawlessly. My bride was extremely satisfied with the outcome as well. I look forward to recommending Ian to my future clients and working with him again."
