Andy and his wife were perfect for our surprise 50th birthday party! Our theme was "Blue Ridge Country" so there music was the perfect accompanienment for the evening. Andy and his wife Sara are easy going and accommodating. We loved their personalities and their music, and our whole party did as well. If I have another backyard party I would have them again! Andy Burr's band did a great job at our 70th Birthday-- contacted us immediately to discuss the event, the venue, etc. They require only a plug in to perform! We loved that we could preview his songs on his website. He accommodated our special song. It was difficult because people were hadn't seen each other for over 20 years.... everyone was chatty, which is somewhat disrespectful; but no problem. Two outgoing youngsters that wanted to perform and Andy very graciously accommodated --to the delight of the adults. "We hired Jon & Tessa to perform for a private party on New Year’s Eve in CT. Their performance was beyond our wildest expectations. Jon is cool, charismatic, incredibly gifted, and super talented. Tessa is the perfect compliment, and accompanist, and an absolute pleasure to be around!! His country covers are amazing: Wallen, Bryan, Combs, Kahan, Stapleton, Jelly Roll, you name it, he crushed it. Jon even did a country version of Post Malone’s Circle that could be on the radio tomorrow! He really shined when he sang his originals though, you can tell they mean a lot to him and we really enjoyed them. This was a New Year’s party that we’ll never forget at a time when we really needed it. I would highly recommend Jon & Tessa. They are awesome."
