Photo of Swing from Paris Swing from Paris "Last evening attendees to the to the Goods Shed in Tetbury were privileged to a spectacular Swing Jazz performance by this truly spectacular and accomplished group of guys. They are all very talented musicians that literally make their instruments talk. I couldn’t take my eyes off the guitarist playing the Gibson to whom nothing was beyond his skill set. My final observation was the obvious visual enjoyment the whole group derived from their music. A real pleasure to observe. Thank every one of you so much fun an enjoyable evening, hopefully soon to be repeated." So excited to book them again. The guests are still mentionioning them a whole week after our event. Most friendly and professional band you could hire. Frequently asked questions

Hiring gypsy bands typically costs between £120 and £1,200+, with an average of £500. The price varies based on the number of musicians, performance length and the instruments featured. Gypsy-style bands often include violin, guitar, double bass and accordion, and the size of the ensemble is the main cost factor.

Hiring gypsy bands is popular for weddings, themed parties, festivals, corporate events, restaurant entertainment and cultural celebrations. Gypsy music creates an exciting, passionate atmosphere and works well as both roaming entertainment and a featured performance.

Many gypsy bands are able to perform while moving through an event space, serenading tables or greeting guests on arrival. This roaming format works particularly well at drinks receptions, outdoor events and restaurant settings. It is advisable to discuss the event layout with the band when making an enquiry.

The gypsy bands perform Romani-influenced music including gypsy jazz, gypsy swing, Balkan folk, flamenco-influenced pieces and Eastern European folk music. Many bands feature virtuosic performances on violin, guitar, accordion, double bass and clarinet.
