One of our most memorable events was catering for a large Caribbean-themed wedding where over 150 guests enjoyed authentic Jamaican cuisine. Seeing everyone come together over great food and hearing such positive feedback made it a truly special occasion. We've also had the pleasure of catering at some beautiful venues across the UK, with Hedsor House being one of our favourites thanks to its stunning setting and outstanding facilities.

My favourite type of event is weddings and family celebrations. There's nothing more rewarding than bringing people together over authentic Jamaican food and seeing guests enjoy the flavours, atmosphere and hospitality. Whether it's a wedding, birthday, corporate event or festival, we love creating a memorable Caribbean dining experience for every occasion.

Our passion for Caribbean food began many years ago and has grown into a trusted catering service. Since then, we've catered for hundreds of weddings, private parties, corporate events and festivals across the UK, bringing authentic Jamaican flavours to every occasion.

I've always been inspired by legendary Jamaican artists such as Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, Gregory Isaacs, Toots & the Maytals and Beres Hammond.

"We normally arrive 2 hours before the performance to set up.

"We’re happy to set up outside but we ask for shade, a flat level surface and a power supply close to the set up area."

"We can learn specific songs before the event but we usually limit this to 5 songs. The clients are welcome to pick a set list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them."
