Singer, songwriter and guitarist with a soulful sound. A blend of authentic african sound and RnB. My set consists of pop, afrojazz, and afrosoul/ afropop. I do requests and am very versatile. I usually perform by myself with a guitar but I do have a band ready should there be a need. I write in English as well as a South African language called Setswana. I sing in English, Setswana, isiZulu, Xhosa and Sepedi.

Started playing at the university at their open mics and talent shows until I got confident enough to branch out. Been playing at weddings, restaurants and festivals since.
I’m influenced by Tracy chapman, Manana (SA), Lianne La Havas. All very unique yet very crucial.
I normally arrive an hour earlier if it’s just myself and maybe an extra instrumentalist. But if it’s a 3 piece band or kore, we arrive 2 hours earlier to set up and sound check on time. Performance times are usually dependant on what it’s needed for that particular event.
We’re happy to play outside provided that we have shade, power supply, a char, and it be in a flat surface
We can learn songs before the event provided those songs are sent 3 weeks prior and a maximum of 3 songs. Clients are welcome to pick a list from our repertoire or let us choose the music for them.
