"They say the hardest thing for a performer is to play to an audience full of other performers. That is exactly what we booked James for last Friday night. His audience was made up of musical theatre actors, singers and dancers. What really stood out to me was the flexibility that James showed on the night. He did a few songs in the first set and then started changing things up. Once he found the genre of songs that got the audience singing and dancing, he never looked back. The evening went from strength to strength as James mixed in tracks from shows like Les Misérables, Oliver! and Beauty and the Beast. In the numbers where the lead singers from these shows was in the audience, he shared the microphone, and the duets brought the house down. No one wanted it to end, so we asked James to do a third set during which he was totally in tune with the audience. Between the signing and the laughter, he had the whole group in the palm of his hand. Well done James! You can book him with confidence"

"The Black Marcs played for us at our Jubilee picnic on 4th June 2022 in Tollerton village. From beginning to end Mark was genuinely very friendly, helpful, easy going and professional to deal with. The band played a wide range of crowd pleasers suitable for all ages and everyone enjoyed their music. I highly recommend them as a live band for any event - you won't be disappointed."

"We got singing waiters for our France celebration wedding party and they did not disappoint! Fabulous atmosphere and it really got the party going! "Kei is a great performer ! Exceeded all expectations for a Latin / bachata / salsa show at my birthday. His own songs were and the English covers were also a hit. Communication was great from the beginning too and we were able to tailor the show to my taste. "
